Horrible Time Scanning. I Downloaded Every Which Driver And Am Still Unable To Scan. Our Much Older Model Had No Scanning Issues Unlike This One.

Struggled to get it connected to wifi. Moved a few weeks later and it would not connect to wifi at all. Contacted HP Support and received no support. I returned it.

Poor, at best. 1st, the printer didn't stop, didn't tell me when the initial black ink ran out...the printer keep going pushing out perhaps 10 blank sheets before I saw what was happening. 2nd, as I was printing out a lengthy document and ran out of paper (printer stopped as it should), when I put in more paper, it began printing the document AGAIN. Another 15 pages wasted. The paper hopper is difficult to load, and in these humid days, the paper sags...which MAY contribute to the fact that the printed pages do not stack up well. You can/should do better.
Big Bummer
The printer hardly holds any paper- 10 sheets at most. I have a really good internet connection, but my printer is having trouble staying connected to my desktop computer and they are next to each other. I'm not satisfied at all. I also use allot of ink printing quick start guides and printer setup pages.

The set of process was easy the computer found the printer and we were able to do test prints. Since then we have not been able to use the printer or scanner or copier very frustrating and the bot online has not helped either

I am very disappointed with this printer. The paper never seems to catch on the roller correctly. I have only had this printer for under 1 year and checked throughout the printer and cleaned the rollers as instructed. I can only load no more than 4 pieces of paper at a time which is annoying. The paper constantly gets jammed. With most people all now working from home this printer is definitely NOT a recommended printer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything looked good until the printer didn’t recognize the brand new black ink cartridge that came with the printer. If the replacement works, I’ll be happy but we shall see. It’s just a hassle to have to return and wait all over again.

Whenever I want to print, I have to unplug then then restart printer so Bluetooth can connect to Wi-Fi. I went through a lot of hell to get to this procedure vs uninstall/reinstall etc. many times I spent 45 minutes trying to print a document. Sent feedback to HP without any response. Now after a year, it won’t scan unless I use my phone. It gets the job done, but it is too much work on my part. HP should replace the faulty Bluetooth component on all printers sold.

The error light stays lit, and no one at HP seems to know how to turn it off. Very strange indeed!

This is too small for a business to use. I asked for a recommendation based on what I already have, but was referred to this item, which is more for home use.
