I can't get the printer to attach to my internet service.

I've had this printer for about 3 months. In the Reference and Support pamphlet, the control panel icons are out of order and not easy to follow when suddenly offline. I wanted to use USB setup but cable is not included and I didn't find the port on back because it's white & the port is covered with a white sticker. Reference and Support pamphlet does not even show you where the cable connection is.

I purchased my new one because the old one ran out of ink. Put a new one in, got a message that it wouldn't work. HP Tech told me it could not be fixed, so I bought a new one. Now if I want to print an email, I have to transfer the item to Word, then try to print. My old one would print with the push of a button. Very frustrated. Seems I was sold a not as good printer as the one I had. p

Unnecessary printing of the "Information Printing Page" and a great loss of ink. Also this causes a loss of checks I am trying to print. I requested this to be stopped but it hasn't.

I purchased this printer and to me its not as easy to set up . I have tried to set up the sizing and to this day have not figured it out. I pulled my old one out an using this to resize my patterns. I really wish I had not purchased this product

I like the printer, but since it doesn’t print double sided, it’s a waste of paper

It’s able to make copies darker or lighter! It has a screen that is so small you can’t use it! I can’t figure out how to fax/email attachments with it! It is far from perfect!

I returned the printer on Saturday October 9th because it kept eating paper.
