I loved my old HP printer which could scan legal-size documents, so while this one is great for most projects, and I will keep it, I will buy the latest version of an ethernet driven, more expensive one, for handling legal-size documents and large volume printing tasks..

Smooth operation. Only wished that the copier was capable of two-sided copies automatically.

I think the most difficult is what everyone has been commenting on, which is the setup process. Therefore, all I can say is that I echo those same comments and concerns. Although once it was all said and done, I like HP smart+ and all that it comes with. The printing isn't that slow. I'm not sure how fast it's supposed to go but it's not that bad to where you are waiting all day for 1 page. Overall, so far so good. I'm pleased with it.

While a good printer I have been challenged with printing on both sides of the paper. I choose the correct setting when printing but the printer seems to ignore it and prints two pages, Otherwise, it has been effective for printing, scanning and faxing when needed.

Double sided options would make this better. Install is not easy with a Mac!

Not happy with not being able to print from internet but have work around.

Works good for what it is, takes forever to print a higher quality color page though, twice as long as me old 4300 series.

This is a very light printer. Exceptional printing once you figure out how to do it.

Installation instructions are complicated and in some cases contraindicated some steps that had already been installed. I spent hours on the phone with tech support getting the installation completed. The printer is slow to react to instructions. If I had it to do over I would pay a little more and get a better printer.

I need someone to call me regarding the instant ink. I like the printer
