It wont even feed paper, jams everytime. You have to configure initially with WiFI. Useless piece of equipment, had to return

2nd HP printer. Will never buy HP again. Issue every time I try and use it. Machine says out of paper when it isn't. Machine suddenly says it's not connected to instant ink. Just something every time I use it.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Hot, steaming garbage does not even begin to describe my experience with this printer. I do not have a need to print often, but every time I try, no matter the device, I am told the printer is offline, which is clearly not the case. It is powered on, connected to the network, and prints test pages from the utility on the computer. It just won’t connect to print anything I actually need to print. I have uninstalled and reinstalled nearly every time I need to print and most times it still does not connect, forcing me to give up and just run to the store to have prints made. I’m not a novice to printing by any means. I have installed countless network printers, have worked in print shops, and am still working in tech, so this is not user error. I have owned other HP printers with very good experiences. This is hands down the WORST printer I have ever used.

Takes over an hour to get connected to the internet to print.

Don’t waste your money on this printer. I just wanted it for some basic printing needs, and it did not deliver. It was a massive pain and I spent way more time trying to get it to connect and print than actually printing anything. Would not recommend.

Price, but I guess you get what you pay for. I bought one that I had for a few years. I didn't use it much at all, but when I need to use it, I want it to work. It was connected to wifi, but it still wouldn't work. I spent hours on the phone with HP, and their only solution was to buy a new printer because mine was too old. So I did eventually. This machine was connected to wifi, printed a total of 7 pages, and stopped. I spent another 2 hours in the phone with HP for help with setup and nothing. There was nothing they could do. Returning. It's not worth the several hours spent trying to setup a machine. It should not be this difficult, especially when the machine says it's connected to the internet

This printer only worked for the first 30 days. After that, it continued to have issues connecting to the internet. I’ve done different troubleshooting…I’ve even gone as far as having Spectrum change my router. I would never recommend this printer to anyone.

The ink ran out very quickly. I was able to print about 20 pages and we had to buy new ink. Replaced the ink and still we got another maybe 30 pages.

Suddenly doesn't connect to the internet. It worked for about a month and stopped working. You have to use the hp app. You can't manually make copies.

Paper don’t print correctly. Don’t buy.
