As usual, hardware is excellent. Software installation is the worst I've ever seen in 42 years of working in computers.
The RVQ
Can't get it to connect to my network.

Final vote not in, but my observations: (1) setup was tough. Why should I have to use my smart phone and agonize through menus to set up a darn printer. It should come with a setup CD. (2) the auto feeder ate some of my documents. Unless it is a perfect original, I guess you can't use the feeder. (3) The stupid "i" light stays on, making you think there is something wrong. (4) It is not clear how to use the device and how to clear malfunctions.

Runs out of ink way too fast
Anonymous 3256
Would not print after initial setup. Customer service is non existent so took me a while before i got it to print. After finally setting it up and getting it print there is another error message that i cant even figure out what it is cause there is only pictures. I had an office jet and it was so much better until it broke.

Not nearly as efficient as my older 4650 model. Hate the back loading paper tray. Very disappointing.

The paper loader is not easy to use. Also putting in a different size paper for special printing is not easy.

This was unusually complicated to set up. Tip when you try to connect it might be helpful to forget the network and try again if it doesn’t work the first time you set it up. You load the paper in the back. I think I was starting to get frustrated so I rushed to put the ink in without taking the ink protector off. Take your time if you are having issues. But so far fast printing I have only printed one thing so far but so good!

Used once and now having issues getting it to print again. Goes through a lot of ink.
JD Old School
Easy to setup but extremely hard to use. Very cumbersome ( way too many steps) to get anything to print. I want to be able to turn on printer and print a document, not jump through numerous hoops and wait 15 minutes for document to print. Give me "old school" printer. Those did work.
