Would have preferred Cartridge free Ink Tank Printer

Returned printer no automatic double side like I thought it had

I like that it’s white. It’s style is nice. I like that I could connect it with my phone and I don’t need access to wifi to connect it. I liked the price and it has been easy to use with the HP Smart App. I don’t like that it didn’t come with a manual,an instructional video. I found one off Youtube. I don’t like that even with the instructional video it took 1 hr to print passwords and setup. I don’t like the printing quality. The pictures look grainy and the color don’t match those in the real picture.

I should have read description better. It doesn't do two sided and I think slower. But the day I needed a printer desperately, it was the only available. And I hate it is white - put that is personal choice.

Difficult Set-up /Limited support. It took approximately 8 hours to finally complete set-up.

Prints fast enough and looks nice. The control window is tiny with few options, compared to my previous printer. Doesn't reduce/enlarge, and I'm having trouble finding how to scan. Leaves gap along one border.

I like and dislike the printer. 1st there was NO operations Manual with Printer. There were NO instructions as to how to scan to mail which I DO use a lot. I have had HP products for many years and this is the only one I'm disappointed with.

I recently purchased HP 4155e for home use. The installation was convoluted. The trip-color cartridge that was supplied did not work and the one I had purchased worked for 5 days...HP replace the cartridge in 4 days and that helped BUT I print a lot of 8x10 images and the ink does not last (at all)...I am deeply disappointed in this printer so sorry to say

Slow but good quality. Not so good for working from home
