Good printer, gets the job done, it was kind of difficult to connect to my computer. Sometimes I have to turn it off and on to reconnect but it prints well

I purchased this printer for my husband, for what he needed for his office the printer is great. My husband said it was easy to set up, my husband said so far it's working good.

Two-sided Printing Is A Bit Cumbersome

catridge is small. so it needs refilling. would be better to have a bigger cartridge

Good - nothing more or less. Needs to be Plug and Play as your installation documents are rubbish

Shipping was as expected and the quality/speed is great. It’s a bit bulky but it works more efficiently that the canon picks that I kept replacing every year. Recommend.

The customer service from the lady that helped me was very nice however I do feel you should let people know that the color of the machine is white and not black. Otherwise so far I’m happy with the printer
