We had it for a little over a year and now the orange light constantly comes on and the machine will work when it feels like it. Tried the factory reset as well as descaling and googling answers everywhere. It was a great machine and the coffee choices are fantastic, but after a year it shouldn’t go wonky.

Very easy to use with the sliding the lever right and then sliding to the left and there you have it stay your coffee. My favorite thing about this is the pods are so easy to use and then when done it pops itself out and into the side basket. And the coffee is delicious and its easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking it out of the box, I followed all the directions needed to make a cup of espresso, boy did I have a heck of time with the first pod and getting frustrated since it wouldn't brew so I did a second brew and I will say this baby was slick and brewed the cup of espresso it was quick and easy once I got the hsng of it. I'm interested in trying other pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We currently own the Vertuo Duo. I can't find fault with the way that is set up or it's function. I am sorry to say it is not the same for the next. To start with, and yes this is my view point only, why in the heck to you need wifi to make coffee? The lay out of the NEXT I feel is not a good either. The water canister is in the rear of the machine, instead of on the side. If you have your machine on the counter under shelves, it is difficult to get out to fill. The plastic feels a good bit thinner than the previous model. It may be just me, but I also think it is louder than the duo as well. The food side, the coffee comes out perfectly. The cleaning feature is smart and easy to access with the multi push of the main button. I do think it looks nice on the counter. Over all I'd pick a different model, but the function of this one does seem to be ok.

I use this machine pretty regularly. It worked perfectly fine at the beginning, however after ~1.5 years, it started leaking water after every use. Asked around and this appears to be a reoccurring issue with this particular model. I like the Nespresso setup, so I'm currently looking into buying a more robust model.

I had Vertuo next machine from last 1 year now. I haven't been using it much though, just occasionally as I was not a coffee affectionate. Last month I suddenly started using it making 1 coffee a day and machine broke down really bad. It stopped brewing coffee all of a sudden. multiple cleaning or descaling did not work. Finally I found from the phone app that its a barcode read issue. I had to waste multiple capsules to test after cleaning machine but it did not revive. When i lifted machine I saw it has been leaking water under it for many days. I think this machine has nothing good except its modern design. I recently purchased the older Vertuo model and I noticed that Vertuo makes so much less noise than my older Next model. 3 stars for Nespresso, not the machine.

I loved the flavor and ease and the variety of sizes but am disappointed that I have to have a separate appliance to make all the recipes that I wanted to try. It should have a attached to steam and froth the milk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My concern is mostly just with the feel of things. The water container and overall the entire construction felt a bit flimsy. Power cable is a little short for my needs. Cleanup is very simple an easy, though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brews wonderfully, tastes great, not like any other at home products I've ever had in the past. Easy to use. Just plug drop the nepresso capsule in, slide over the lever press the button and viola! Instant brew. The barcode attached to your capsule tells the machine what is being brewed. Crema atop every delicious cup brewed. Cleaning the machine after every brew can be a bit time consuming and forgetful when in a rush. The cost of the capsules is steep also. I looked into purchasing more and was a bit shocked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so looking forward to loving the Nespresso Next, and I had such high expectations. Unfortunately, the Verturo Next did not live up to them. My major grievance and flaw of the machine I got, is that it only makes a small shot of espresso, even when it is filled to the top with water. I'm certain something is wrong with my machine. My husband and my son have tried to get it to work correctly, but that's all I get of coffee. Now the flavor of the espresso is absolutely delicious. Another thing, that discouraged me is that I received the black and white Nespresso, and not the solid black that was on the box.
