I loved my vertuo next, until it randomly stopped working. Unfortunately it was out of warranty so it couldn’t be replaced. After a lot of research, it seems that the vertuoNEXT breaks often. Love the coffee but I would recommend a different machine.

I will say, this machine produces a delicious cup of coffee. However, with the cost of the capsules, I barely use it. I would gladly use it more if the capsule were more affordable.

Great machine for a year, didn’t use much but died a little over a year in. Apparently thi has happened to a lot of people recently. Weird. Like they all fizzled out at once. Called customer support and they are sending a new one. Hopefully this one doesn’t break. Thought this coffee was the best, but I’ve never had a machine that cost this much stop working, ever. But customer service was great so at least they helped h like most companies!

Doesn’t taste like real espresso to me. Waste of money

We have had our machine for 1 year. I loved it until it stopped working. I have done the cleaning process and descaling process multiple times but it will no longer brew our coffee. The machine turns on, starts to make a noise, and then shuts off with an orange light. I had hoped to get more than 1 year use out of it.

I got this machine as a wedding gift and loved it! Although, after less than a month of using it I got the dreaded blinking orange light. Nothing would work and it was stuck in an "error" state according to the technician. I was sent a new one that works great! Great customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Coffee as per usual but we found that the lever at the top was cumbersome. Nespresso has one that opens on their own and we just ordered this one. We returned the Vertuo Next.

I love Nespresso coffee but why is this Machine so hard to closed;/ if you have arthritis or carpet tunnel I don’t recommend. It feels delicious coffee it does what it supposed to which I love it’s just too hard to closed.

The machine looks great but feels flimsy, like it could break any minute. The first steps which are closing and opening were already a challenge, and so based on all the other reviews, I decided to return it and get Vertuo Plus instead and couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this a couple times now to get good feel for it and it does make a good cup of coffee. My biggest compliant being a coffee lover is you don't get nearly enough per cup as you would using a bigger espresso machine or regular brew coffee. Also, the machine feels a bit cheap which concerns me about how long it will last. Would rate higher if it made more per cup but if you like smaller cups this machine may be for you.
