Wish I would have gotten the original machine again because that was great. This Vertuo Next is not: 1) the lock part is hard to maneuver. It actually hurts my hand to push down & turn the lever so I need two hands to twist it. 2) the water tank is hard to snap in and really hard to pull the tank out. 3) the water tank's location in the back of the machine is awful. It's hard to reach & also because of #2. Would not buy this; nor recommend.

My first one stopped working, so they were kind enough to send a new one. Now that on is not working and is leaking. I'm guessing they are discontinuing this model.

I loved this machine when we first got it...but after the 5th machine in 1 year...we finally gave it up. We are now with the vertuo plus and are so happy!! Honestly Nespresso should stop production of the Next all together...which is sad because it could be a great machine

I had bought my first Nespresso back in December and was so excited, it broke down three months in. Contacted customer care, they were supper helpful and sent me out a new one. The only problem is now that one stopped working overall as well.

Nespresso has totally failed in this machine it is terrible. I purchased this machine 3/21/2021 and it already failed I got the orange blinking light and would not make coffee. Tried everything cleaning, reset factory settings etc nothing worked. This machine is terrible and cheaply made that is probably why it failed so quickly. Do not buy this machine it is terrible and the coffee does not even come out hot. Very dissapointed and Nespresso would not replace because It was just over a year so shame on you for not producing a quality product.

My first machine lasted a little over a year with only minor problems. Still under warranty I received an identical replacement machine. This one only lasted a couple of months. Nespresso is replacing the second machine with a third machine (different model). The replacement machines don’t come with a new warranty. The coffee and convenience is great. Much better coffee than other manufacturers machines.

Had this machine a couple of months, and always had issues using it, half the cup goes into the drip tray when it actually works. They are sending me a replacement another crappy Vertuo Next they should stop sending these out give us a newer model that actually gives you your coffee instead of in the drop tray.

I now have had 2 of these machines and both broke within a 1 year period. Now they are replacing it with a third machine but the round head instead. Hopefully it does not break.
