[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming out of the box, it's all assembled except for the cup pedestal. It has a little bit of a learning curve when learning how to use the machine. After watching a video, I then learned and understood the different size of capsules and the amount of coffee or espresso that would be coming out. After said learning curve, it is a very easy item to use. I do like the automatic compost bin because the pod gets put right into it and you just empty the bin after a while. There's a lot of different flavors and different types of espresso and coffee and etc. It has many features like a Bluetooth feature you can pair to your phone and set it up to do you could be lazy as possible and not have to actually make your own. It will be really nice for when we have a party and people want after dinner drinks. It's good for those who like espressos in the evening. The sound it makes when it is spinning sounds pretty cool. When it winds up and before it dispenses, it spins the capsule so it can read which pod is in there. Each pod has a bar code so the machine knows what size and how much to make and dispense. It does not come with a milk frother, so if you like froth, get your own milk frother. It would have been nice to have that in there though since they're a very cheap accessory for an espresso machine. It did come with a 12 count of capsules, but all the same flavor. Would have been nice to have a variety pack to try out as this flavor that I was given was just a wine flavored espresso. However that doesn't take away from the quality of the machine. Do read the instructions before use though and if you don't understand do watch a video on it because it is a little bit of a learning curve to learn to use this when switching from a single cup machine. The only real negative is that you have to use the Virtuo pods and not the classic pods. It would be nice to have a one pod system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my new Nespresso Vertuo Next. Was easy to get going. Looks great on my counter and takes up less space than my old one. The coffee is tasty and fresh! Love that you can make anywhere from a cup to a whole pot. Self cleaning! Reasonably priced! Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted something that didn't take lot of room on my counter, so this is a bit bigger than I was expecting and hoping for. It's a fairly simple machine, but I did have to read through the instructions several times to understand it, and even then I feel like I'm missing something. The last pic of the espresso in the included cup is two shots, using the same pod. Which the way the pod comes out and into the catcher is pretty neat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves espresso, so this machine is perfect. I like that you can use different sized mugs to brew the different pods without splashing. I do wish it were possible to use a reusable pod, because the nespresso ones are very expensive.

If you are looking for a machine that is small and brews a great cup of coffee this is the one for you

We get high quality espresso on demand and have been having so much fun making craft beverages. If you’re looking for a lightweight and compact device for your caffeinated needs I’d recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice one touch brew machine with options for several different sizes. Brews are very flavorful and love the variety. I have mainly used another single size brewer and prefer that for every day use due to cost, but like this for special occasions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my review. I am definitely coffee obsessed and was thrilled to test this out. The machine is thin but a bit deep so it takes a fair amount of counter space in my home. The setup is super simple, a cleaning cycle and you’re ready to brew! The noise is pretty loud which I don’t particularly mind as bedrooms are far from the machine. The included capsules were single shots and I love that they’re barcodes so the correct amount of water is pulled and I don’t have to worry about anything. The shot was definitely smooth and delicious. I am excited to try some of the other sizes this machine can brew.
