What I don’t like comparing to the Keruig I have is that this one doesn’t come with a milk frother and I prefer latte coffees to regular coffee. The espresso is very strong. it has a good variety of pods but many of them are not available in the supermarket so you have to order online. They are pretty expensive as well It doesn’t take that much space on the countertop It’s is very noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge coffee junkie and I love all different brews and tastes. I was so excited to get this machine and become my own home barista. It comes with very detailed instructions on how to set it up and get it brewing right away. It was simple to pair with my phone to use the App for maintenance, instructions and shopping. After doing the initial rinse cycle to clean the machine I was ready to make my first cup of espresso! The machine came with a coffee mug and a box of capsules so I had everything I needed right on hand. After filling the water reservoir, popping in the capsule and getting my mug in place a simple press of the start button began the brewing process. It brewed so fast and I loved watching it produce the crema right in front of me! I honestly felt like I was at a coffee shop! The design is nice and it's easy to clean. I will say that it is a bit noisier than I expected but the espresso is amazing and I can't wait to try out all the different capsules they have to offer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee produced from this machine smells soo great and the taste is just so smooth and wonderful. Some of the things i do like about it are the design and size. It fits so perfectly on my counter and it looks so up to date. Absolutely love that the water tank can be pulled off for refill unlike other machines ive had in the past that would require to have to refill a cup with water and pour until filled. Its a genius idea although there are two issues i did come across that could use a better upgrade next time. My first time trying this out i noticed the machine was leaking water all over my counter and i tried looking up solutions on the internet. I thought it was broken and was really disappointed until i realized the water tank just needed to be pushed down well so no water could escape, now when i had in the first time it did click so i assumed it was in correctly but even if it clicks it really needs to be pushed down im so glad i figured this out on my own but im sure im not the only one who has experienced this. Another thing i would change is the water container being in the back, its great for space but on the online picture i saw it was on the side so i thought it could slide to the left side of the machine too it would make it easier to refill since i am a coffee drinker and i go through lots of water in a day. Still not a big deal to me but would be nice. When i first started the machine i was instructed to install the app so i could connect it to my wifi to keep track of maintenance and purchase more coffees and appliances for the coffee maker. The app works quickly and there is a great amount of selections to choose from including flavors and pods with lesser or more cofee strengths. You can see how much each pod is sold for and they are a bit pricey but the coffee is definitely of excellent quality so i will give it that but it is a bit deceiving because the app makes it look like you can individually pick and choose the quantity and flavors you want but the minimum is ten of one flavor. I definitely would love to mix and match based on how many i get however they do have variety coffee sets. The machine is a bit loud when making my expresso shot but i have worked in coffee shops before with high quality machines and let me just say this was expected especially with it being an expresso machine. I do wish it had a milk brother built in but i did see that you can purchase on from the company website. The time it takes to heat up is something i definitely like alot the coffee or expresso shots come out very quickly and when your done with a pod the moment you unlock and lift the lid back up it dispenses the empty pod into a built in trash compartment on the side that can be either pulled to open or entirely pulled out. I love that feature about it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few months ago and am pleased I did. The video tutorials made programming it easy. It makes a great cup of coffee. Only drawback is the refill pods are a little pricey for the average person. Overall i recommend it if you have the cash to burn on the refills .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little basic espresso machine. It's easy to use, instructions were very clear and easy to follow Also cleaning is a breeze. It doesn't have a milk frother, so I will have to buy a handheld one if I want lattes or machhiatos. I do wish the pods were more like universal ones so that I could try more varieties of coffee with it. I do have another espresso machine that is much more expensive and has all the bells and whistles, so I will probably use that one more than this. But this is great as a backup or for more basic uses. Definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Nespresso Vertuo. This machine is pretty simple and easy to use. It doesn't take up a lot of space on your counter either. Just pour your water in the back tube and pop your capsule in the top and start brewing. I've never tried to make espresso before, but this does it perfectly for you. It brews the cream first and then does the coffee liquid. This is really easy and nice to for a change have a cup of expresso during the day to enjoy. The only drawback is the refill pods are a little pricey, but I was looking and they have an option they sell where it is just the refill and you put your coffee. I think I might have to go that route. I like that you can do regular coffee as well since I don't drink fancier coffee drinks all that often. You can also choose your size of drink. Overall, it is pretty neat to try the fancier drinks.

I love the versatility of this machine, it can make an espresso, double espresso, gran lungo, a mug of coffee or a carafe. After the initial setup It’s easy to use, just pop the capsule in the machine, close/lock the lid, and press the button. The machine measures the correct amount of water according to the type of capsule you’re using and prepares the perfect cup. But you can adjust this by pressing the button again for more water, or pressing it again to stop the water. Very easy to find your Perfect balance. I also love the slim design, it doesn’t take up much counter space, perfect for those in an apartment, motor home, or anywhere else you have limited space but need coffee! The only issue I’ve had was trying to set up the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, the directions aren’t very clear and I couldn’t get my phone to pair with my Wi-Fi initially, with some technical knowledge and patience I finally got it working. You don’t need to pair it to use the machine, so I want to worried about it. I’ve enjoyed using this machine and would absolutely buy it again.

The water tank in the back doesn’t move side to side so it sticks out a bit on the counter, but it looks really nice. It’s easy to figure out and to use. Always a bonus when it comes with some pods to try and a mug. Water tank is larger than most coffee machines like this and I can’t complain!

Besides that, this thing makes delicious coffee and crema. It's super easy to use and clean up takes seconds. Heats up really quickly though I will buy the reusable pods that I saw. The ultimate in coffee making convenience.
