very good coffee when it works but it should work .......... not red light just after 1 coffee

I agree with the negative comments on this machine. Got it as a mother's day gift last year used it only on the weekends, because I get my weekday coffee at the office. It totally stopped working a few days ago, My bad for not reporting ot to Nesspreso before the year, not they won't replace this cheap machine. Don't waste your money it's not worth it! I feel so bad that my kids spend their savings on this as a Mothers day gift!!!

Stopped working at 6 months. Tried everything and won’t turn on. I barely used. About 1-2 a week. So disappointing

I had this for few months and was happy with it, the open/close feature it a little though but I got over it and used it daily. But it stopped working. Not happy only lasted few months

I have bought this for a little less than a year and this is the worst product I have ever used. It malfunctions all the time. Couldn’t even get my morning coffee properly. Completely waste of money.

Malfuctions all the time. We are now on our third replacement.... Customer service is always great but stay away from this machine. Far far away

Stopped working after about 2 months. Started leaking after about 1 month. I wanted to love this so much. It makes a wonderful cup of coffee but for the price tag definitely needs to last for years.

This machine worked great for the first 6 months. Then, it randomly stopped working and there is no fix. I am very disappointed.

After 2 years the machine is now leaking coffee all over my counter and off warranty. I am very disappointed. I love Nespresso coffee, they should provide working machines for free, so that we can buy the expensive coffee

First Next malfunctioned in multiple ways within a couple of months. Nespresso replaced it. Second machine malfunctioned in even more ways in even a shorter period of time. Replaced by Nespresso this time with a Vertuo Plus, which has proved to be a reliable performer. Save yourself some grief and disregard any impulse you may experience to buy the Vertuo Next.
