I love everything except that I can’t put it over ice without it tasting watery. Each user will have to stop the brew cycle according to their coffee strength preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost this machine connects to Bluetooth which I really can’t understand fully seeing as it’s really just connecting mostly to register the machines warranty since all the other functions that the application offers when it’s connected this way are able to be done without any connection to any other device and considering you need to be at the machine physically to place your cup and to place your pod so it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me. It seems to be a pretty unnecessary feature if I’ll be honest. The pod system is exceptional in the way that not only is the pod store expansive and diverse making more than just coffee drinks but I found that this machine is capable of creating froth, even cold froth, without a separate frother depending on the pod you’ve used! The pod does that all on its own! Again, it even can make you cold froth on top of hot coffee so that’s pretty incredible. Pods are programmable as well and can have save files that remember the cup size for each pod if you so choose, although for such an expensive commercial capable machine this Nespresso pumps out heated water or pod creation way too slowly. It takes forever to make a small cup full finally. Now onto the awful pod detection software…there is no override for pods punctured by the machine once that never got used due to system errors. All in all I bought a pack of ten pods and because my machine ran into errors about seven times upon first use despite following machine directions to a tee, I was forced to dispose of all of those pods because the machine won’t even allow a secondary use of any pod once punctured even if it was never officially used and only punctured and that’s not just a waste of my money but a waste of a pod! Out of all ten I was able to use only three and that amount of waste for me expressed to me clearly that this machine ultimately wasn’t for me personally. I enjoy the glass cup that came with the machine though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the thin design to not take up much space. I also like that the espresso pods automatically go back to a bin for easy disposal. I don’t find it super intuitive and the app seems pretty useless. I was hoping to be able to set time to make the espresso or start from the app but I haven’t seen that. Just buy it and if it needs water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should have done more homework before getting the nespresso machine as I was not prepared for the amount of effort needed to brew a single cup. I had to read the manual and watch the video tutorials. My machine came with a few unlabeled nespresso pods. I didn’t know what I was brewing or how much it would actually make. Machine is beautiful but a little Loud. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to spend the time getting to know their machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has this machine and I really enjoy the quality and flavor. However, when mine came following the directions was very difficult. It didn't explain how to make an expresso or a cup of coffee. When I tried making myself a cup of coffee only a little of the water came out then stopped. I had a full water tank, so I know that wasn't the problem. I couldn't fix the problem with the directions. That is the only reason for a 3 star because it does make great coffee.

It makes great tasting coffee and espresso, however it requires a lot of maintenance. It requires frequent cleaning and descaling cycles, even when using clean and filtered water. And these cycles are pretty time consuming. The machine also has water leaking through the sides while operating. The blinking lights error occurs frequently and the machine needs to be unplugged in order to reset it. This can be annoying when you are trying to make a cup of coffee. Overall, this model seems to have a few design issues that need to be fixed in order to be a reliable coffee/espresso machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have put this Nespresso machine together the day that I received it. I was excited to try my new espresso machine. Unfortunately the excitement dwindled when I could not understand how to use it. I thought it was typical to others like it but I was mistaken. I eventually had to google and YouTube how to use use it, especially to understand how many pumps were needed to get a certain ounce filled. While I understand that the calsuls are regulated by bare codes, there are times where I like additional hot water to lessen the intensity of the espresso flavors. I had no idea how to get a little more water to flow through the capsul to dilute. Maybe that is just not an option. Outside of that, I really appreciate the variety of flavors available. The company is environmentally conscious and provides reusable pods. Several pros compared to my cons. I do wish there was an option to adjust the water amount used compared to the bare codes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has been working fine for the first few weeks, but after reading other reviews I'm worried it's going to die out in a couple months. That said, it brews fine for now. The descaling warnings are a little annoying, and happen more frequently than other instant coffee makers I've used. My favorite things is probably the automatic adaptor for different types of coffee/pods/etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh I was super excited for this machine, that I gave my old one away! I am an everyday coffee,espresso, latte, iced coffee drinker!! So of course, I was excited to be able to make my own coffee drinks at home with this Nespresso, Vertuo Next machine. This is a super nice, sleek looking machine and it's not bulky. This Nespresso Vertuo Next machine has bluetooth so you can connect to wifi and get your machine easily registered. The machine is very easy to use, it also looks super nice. I can easily remove and replace the water resevoir. The middle bin catches the recyclable pods. I did have some trouble getting it set up at first because, I had to rinse water through it before I could use it. It didn't work at first so I waited a few minutes and tried again. It sounded like it was about to dispense the water but wouldn't. It finally worked on the third try. It makes great hot lattes an iced lattes. I love how it produces lots of crema and makes my coffee creamy on top, it's so good. I do wish the temp of my drink was hotter. I like my drink to be hot, not warrm. I do find the latch a bit hard to close, I have to hold the top down then slide the latch. I do like that I am able to move the cup pedastal up or down depending on the size of my cup or I can remove it, so my taller tumbler will fit. All was well until it wouldn't work again. I put a pod in, and closed it, pressed the button and the button turned red. I opened it and closed it back thinking maybe it wasn't closed right. It still showed the red light. I finally just unplugged it and reconnected it several minutes later. It then worked just fine and has worked fine since. Now I have only had this machine for two months and I am sad, it shouldn't be giving me any issues since it's a new machine. I absolutely love making my own espresso drinks at home. I am concerned with it's longevity, considering it's failed me twice already in the two months I have had it. I use it on a daily basis so I am going to continue to enjoy it while it still works!! With any Nespresso machine I recommend getting a frother to pair with it. This one did not come with a milk frother. I would recommend looking into one of the other Nespresso machines, not this model.
