I really love the coffee, but it’s not even been 2 years and the coffee maker is dead. It’s not a cheap machine to replace and the coffee is pretty speedy also. Not sure I’ll get another one if the life of machine is less than 2 years

It is very hard to push the lever into the start position. My thump hurts after doing it. It is so hard I will be surprised if it doesn’t break. My son has the Vertuo. It is very easy and smooth pushing the machine into the start position. The coffee is delicious. Better than coffee shops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time user of the Nespresso Vertuo Next. Everyting about the vertuo next is easy. Except closing the lid on top. I am almost positive my grandmother with arthritis would never be able to close this by herself. When brewing the pods the stream from pod to cup is consistent and doesnt go everywhere. There is a tray to hold whatever cup you chose and its adjustable. I feel like it goes far up so smaller mugs or cups can be used, I appreciate that. I have always hated coffee splashing everywhere and this helps prevent that. Vertuo Next is a one button for clean and brew, fairly easy to learn how to use it. If I dont use the machine for a few days I always run a water cycle before using and all I do is lift the lid without a pod and somehow it just knows and will run the cleaning. Im fine with the few extra minutes. (water sitting in lines grosses me out) Directions are straight forward. Im not sure if the machine doesnt get hot enough or I need to invest in a warming frother. When I put the cream in the coffee its immediately cold. I know ratio has a play in this also, I will eventually find the solution. I almost forgot to include that this machine is VERY LOUD! Everytime I run this I am shocked by the noise that comes out of this thing. Thank goodness the cleaning and brewing doesnt take long. The Nespresso Vertuo Next has mixed reviews from me. Has pros and cons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heats up quick, easy to load and clean, nice looking and makes great coffee buuut I don’t like the flavors of any of the pods I have tried so far, they are always so bitter tasting to me. I also think it’s not hot enough for my personal liking but that part is not so bad. It was kind of hard to figure the set up at first but the app was very helpful. I wouldn’t get another machine like this. I like my regular non pod coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee machine took me quite some time to set up. I had to do a few rinsing cycles until I figured out how to make it stop. Thankfully it tells you to install an app, so maintenance can be easy. My favorite thing about this is there is a built in trash container for the pods that you use and it discards the ones you use when you open the lid. Overall, I don't think I'd recommend this coffee maker though.

3 stars at best.. I got one of these as a gift last Christmas. It was leaking water in two months. So I got it replaced, they sent me a red one when I had a black… I didn’t want to bother with it since it was already a pain in the butt to replace. Been using the red one for about 6 months and same issue. Just leaks all over and doesn’t work correctly. I would get it replaced but it was a gift and my MIL can’t find the order information on it, so I’ll be switching to something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine looks really nice, very compact and doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. I really love being able to make a variety of types of coffee in a good variety of sizes. It's very easy to operate. One button to get you everywhere you need. Another great feature is that it automatically ejects the used capsules into the disposal can so you won’t have to replace hot pods by hand and makes recycling your pods so much more convenient. You can also adjust the drip tray up if you're using a smaller cup. It makes good strong (not bitter) coffee with a thick layer of crema on top, however it lacks the precision to heat up shots or pour a correct amount. Sometimes it makes less coffee than the pods call for so I have to re-run the pod to get the right amount. The water temperature is also too low for my liking. All in all this machine has a great concept but needs improvement.

So machines like these don’t really intrigue me all too much , I have tried others so I was hesitant at first about this. Now first … the design and packaging of this is absolutely gorgeous.. so sleek and gorgeous looks great in my office . Now as far as the actually cup of Joe… I won’t say underwhelmed, but it was a little better than what I expected. Would I switch to this from making coffee in a French press m? I don’t think so. But at the office it makes a good cup of coffee (better than or close to the chain stores) if you’re a new coffee drink or not an avid one I would say definitely give it a try. If you are a purist maybe give it a try … only if you’re curious.

I was very surprised when I brewed my first couple of cups and they came out tasting metallic-like. I thought to myself that it must just be because of the new machine so I kept going in the taste never improved disappointed with that type of quality from such a well-known brand.
