The only thing that was frustrationg is when the lights start flashing you think its brewing and then it stops and you try it all over again Maybe it is to complicated for me I had to have my grandson show me how to use it , the bluethooth to our phone had issues with. but there are so many great features, dispose of the used pods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always loved nexpresso. This one I’m glad has made expresso machines stylish and modern. I’ve kept this in my office . Easy to put together and was amused to see my very own cup with the bundle. The rose color makes it stylish and modern. Brewing it is easy. The pod is also stylish and has great tasting coffee. You can stop the amount by the press of a button. It got one less star for the noise . My office is quiet and it definitely makes a lot of noise . Would have loved it if there was a frother for days I’d like a latte .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Next brews a good espresso or cup of coffee, doesn't take up a lot of counter space, and is fairly easy to use. The machine reads the bar code on the proprietary pods so it knows just how much water to use. You can customize this but it's not intuitive or included in the written instructions, they direct you to a website. There is an app to control your machine as well which is a neat option for those that want to set up the machine and start it from somewhere else. I found the machine to be a little clunky and the lock/unlock mechanism for the pod to be hard to open/close. The machine is also very loud which is not ideal especially if you are brewing coffee in the morning while others are sleeping. Overall, the coffee has good flavor, strength is good and the espresso is frothy.

I can quickly make a cup to bring to the bus stop which depending on the morning would not happen otherwise. I also love the ease of use and the canister collects the empty pods allowing me to have more coffee with less cleaning.

I love my coffee, and I got this Nespresso machine to upgrade my coffee experience and make my own espresso drinks at home. I am having so much fun with it! I was a little confused at first about the cup sizing to capsule ratio and how much water would go through with the press of a button. I have tried several of the trial capsules and it seems to do all of the work for me! It automatically knows exactly how large the capsule is and adjusts accordingly, but you can also add water by pressing the button again. I am very happy with this machine overall.

That being said, my husband loves to use fresh beans and these are not that obviously. I’ve searched for a “make your own” solution but the results are a bit sketchy. All in all, if you’re using this to skip the ol coffee shop, it’s a fantastic solution, makes great coffee for about $1-2 so it would definitely save you some cash. But for coffee snobs, I’d just get something more customizable. Oh and it’s super pretty for those who like that sort of thing lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Nespresso, we had issues with the first one not being hot enough (we did not reach out to Nespresso, which is our fault). This one is very hot when it makes coffee! I also love that you can use a carafe when you have more people to serve. My only complaint would be that the water tank could be larger. This is a definite upgrade from the last model and I love the sleek design.
