I cannot review something that I don't have. I have paid for this but it still has not been delivered.

This mixer has a motor that doesn’t really work for even a single batch of cookies. The paddle attachment doesn’t properly reach the bottom, even after adjusting to the max per the instructions. The bowl is difficult to get in and out, and anything over a 2 throws ingredients out of the bowl (even on a small batch). The bowl’s handle is also really annoying since it’s just a strip of metal, so it hurts to hold and scoop out batter. Overall, it just seems cheap and ineffective. Will be returning to my tilt stand mixer.

I bought this during the Christmas season for a discount. Always dreamed of having a kitchen aide. But honestly, I’m disappointed. The whipping attachment is already chipping paint (which can fall into the food, gross). AND it’s corroded on the inside so it doesn’t even fit. I have to buy a new attachment already and I’ve only used it a handful of times. I have mixers that cost half the price but built from sturdier material. Seems like the quality isn’t what it use to be.

The design of this mixer is awful. You have to remove the attachment to do anything with the bowl and it’s not user friendly at all. I have no idea what the designers were thinking. I have regretted buying it since the very beginning and decided to keep my old Kitchen Aid Artisan even though the motor is dying because this new mixer is so awful.

I did pickup on the mixer, I was given the wrong one, so then I had to go in store to take care of the matter, I was given a cheaper model, they did a return on what I paid for, and then the store did not have what I ordered and paid for, and for there mess up and not having what I bought, they were gonna give me a $10.00 gift card, well I didn’t take the gift card because that for one was not what I wanted, I wanted the correct mixer, but they didnt offer to possibly see if they could get me one from either another store or online, a $10.00 gift card is like spotting in my face and saying haha, I’m very upset as to how this was handle and did not offer any other solution

Purchased this mixer in October for my daughter’s birthday in November. She used it 5 times and it already died and it’s only March! Do not purchase this mixer! They are poor quality and not like the kitchen aid mixers of the past. Very disappointing!!

I ordered this and it came used and destroyed. I tried to return it and they didn’t let me return it. I haven’t been refunded or given a replacement :( I spent a lot of money on this and I’m very upset that I haven’t heard anything on this item.

Bought new, but when I opened the box there was icing/ batter left on machine. Obviously a used product and someone repackaged a return. Still waiting on a refund from Target. I went to the kitchenaide website and got a brand new one for even less than what Target sold it for. I would recommend doing that.

i bought this on 1st october. and i just used like 3 times. and today 30th october, the 4th times and i want to make brioche. i followed the istruction, the speed shld be 2. and you know what, not even 10 mnts. the machine broken and hot. SO DISAPPOINTED!!

Delivery of a $300 kitchen appliance was left outside and not under the carport in 34 degree weather. Did NOT come to house so we knew it had been delivered. Did not toot horn or anything. Just snuck up to the carport and then scampered away. Box is moist with dew from sitting in the freezing weather. Thanks idiot driver!
