I just got the mixer, the foam inside was all broken and there's greasy on it. So disappointing!

Received a return when I ordered online. Target tape around box, cord was not wrapped and beater was loosely in the bowl.

I can say after using it for my homemade bread, I hate it. I still had to mix by hand at the end and my dough didn’t rise like it should have overnight. It made a huge mess while mixing dry ingredients and even worse after I added wet ingredients(and that was using it on one of the low settings like the directions said to). I don’t want more cleanup and I still hurt my hands mixing it all, which was the point of getting it to begin with…to not hurt my hands. Yes, I read all the instructions beforehand. Still didn’t make a difference. I’m not sure what all the hype is about these things, but I’m not impressed.

Received ice cream maker as gift, excited to make own ice cream. Tried 3 times but couldn't freeze recipes prperly. Returned it sadly. Got Cuisinart ice cream maker, finally successful with same recipe. Waistline will thank me.

It's a heck of a thing to get the bowl on the mixer. + The mixing part the coatings coming off of it

I hate hate hate that this doesn’t tilt open. I always need to scrape the tool off during mixing and it’s impossible to do that. You have to stick your hand in every time. It just seems like such a poor design. I’ve had my old tilt- head one for 14 years. It worked great, I just felt like I needed a larger bowl so just made the upgrade. Unfortunately I didn’t do my research and just assumed this tilted open. And now I can’t return. Ugh. Such a waste of money.
