I put 3#'s of cream cheese in the bowl which I thought was going to be too much but the machine handled it perfectly. The mixing bowl moves up and down with a simple lever and it makes it so much easier to scrape down the sides.

Larger size for bigger batches of cookies and icing. Love the color! Easy clean up. At first I was concerned the head doesn’t tilt, just goes up & down, but it’s great! No issues & loving it!

The main reason I got this mixer was because it was a KitchenAid mixer and it was on sale! The size of the bowl is awesome, the colour is gorgeous, and it has the KitchenAid name. At first it was difficult to remove and reinstall the bowl to the lifting mechanism but, it did get easier with each use and it's quite heavy. I think this mixer will last a long time it's so durable.

Im obsessed with my new mixer! Love the color and it works wonderfully. Very well made piece of equipment and I'm so happy to have it. It's going to make my life as a home baker so much easier and efficient. Highly recommend!
