[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 5.5QT BOWL LIFT MIXER 120V to supplement my 15 yr old mixer which still runs but it's a bit loud but this new one runs so smoothly as I use it often for my at home bakery business.

I love the sturdiness of this product , it can handle heavy, glutinous dough.

I have had one of the smaller tilt head mixers for years. It was starting to make some unique noises so I began looking for a replacement. Since almost all my baking is a double or triple batch, I wanted to size up to the appropriate size motor. This mixer does not disappoint. It breezed thru holiday baking double batches without a glitch. Being used to the tilting head, it does take a little getting used to raising and lowering the bowl, and getting the bowl locked in the tabs. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to size up. I do plan to purchase a larger bowl and scraper.

This is an amazing mixer! Very powerful, mixed dough perfectly. I also like that is isn’t very loud. I recommend this 100% .

I’m absolutely loving it. I get what the hype is all about. I love that it has 10 speeds but I’ve only needed to use 1/2 and 1. It mixes like a dream
