I've purchased 3 of these. This one is the only one that came with one key.

I only got to use it for 3 months and then it's stopped working. It your weight is 180Lb like I was at that time don't bother to get this.

It’s not for elderly people it’s to hard to balance

I absolutely LOVED this little scooter. It was perfect getting around a tiny ocean side town. It was adorable, comfortable, easy to charge and operate. I had to return it (kept the original box thank God), as it stopped working. It lasted only a few weeks. The fine print states it does not like moisture or sunshine and it does not. I did not get it wet in the rain or anything like that but the ocean air is full of water and the Florida sun is relentless. Very easy to return, I received a full refund.

This item was supposed to arrive with two keys but I received only one key for this item.

After 45 days of the item being in my possession it's already faulty. The first 2 weeks I didn't take it anywhere cuz I was scared someone would steal it, I had to get a chain. So the other day the day of the hurricane I was going to the store and it was going between 8-9 miles an hour. It took me awhile to get where I was going but I got there and back home. I called first thing Monday AM and I put in a ticket. The app also has the device bound, nope Idk what that means except I can't use the app 😂. I hope to get the situation cleared up.I will definitely update y'all.
