I've had this scooter for about a month. It rides great for the most part...does best on smooth pavement. Every little Crack or bump you will feel and it HURTS. It uses way too much power because I have to charge it when I get to work. This is after its been fully charged!! My work is 4-5 miles away,so the battery is pretty horrible. Now I keep getting a red wrench symbol on my screen & it shuts down in the middle of the road... and I'm unable to find anything about it online...it's a fun thing to ride,but if I could do it all over again,I'd get something else. :(

The scooter is awesome and my son loves it. No complaints. - BUT it's easily stolen. Ours was stolen within 8 months of purchase. It's still under warranty. It was locked up with heavy chain around a pole on collage campus. The thief just picked it up and left. Bluetooth disabled. We can see on the APP that it's still " in use " so we are trying to have OKAI help GPS track it to a location. They have not been helpful.. yet. It's been 6 weeks.

It didn't work all the time and would just stop. Screen glitches and power button wouldn't toggle thru screen and light wouldn't come on. Some mechanical issues

I purchase the scooter on may 23 2023. First 3 redes great. Today started grinding sound. Not good.

She is very beautiful and comfortable, but she is very slow and unstable, when passing through a point with a lot of wind she was almost dragged with me on top. Ordinary bicycles easily passed me.

Just so you all know, their "Prime Day Deal" is a scam. I purchased this scooter at $399. (It's a great little scooter by the way and I've been wanting a 2nd one). Well ive been watching the price and they moved it up to $599 a week ago and then dropped it back down to normal price and called it a "Prime Day Deal". SO disappointing.

Well the electric scooter itself is cool. Easy to assemble. I ordered black and expected it to be black and gray, but you can see from the photo it’s black and white. Also Amazon had a 2 week shipping date. Account kept saying it would arrive but day of my scooter never came and Amazon only updated after the missed ship date. Had to contact Amazon and it arrived 2 days later.Plan on keeping it as it’s a pretty good ride. Docking a couple of stars because it’s not the right color scheme and Amazons shipment error.

I bought the scooter instead of getting one from Medicare because my leg was hurting and I thought I could ride it around until I had that procedure that fixed my leg. I didn’t even get it assembled until after that there are some parts of the instruction which has been translated there are difficult to read, but I finally got it together although the seat seems to not stay in one position wobble.Also, if you have never ridden a motorcycle, this is not a simple bike to ride. It looks simple, but it is not. It scared the crap out of me the first time and there’s all these codes that you have to remember. I am trying to learn how to drive it in my community and it’ll be nice when I’m mastered it but it’s certainly is more powerful than what I was expecting and complicated to driveBut it is very cute
