Be careful. Even having the convection fan running as suggested, all parts of the oven get hot on the outside.

Crap. Had for one month and it started reading an error of E001, some internal problem. Doesn’t work anymore. Save your money, go with another brand.

This toaster oven really seems like a great idea. Good size, good menus, it looks pretty. HOWEVER; Read the reviews, The beeping is absolutely horrible. And there is no timer. I called the tech-support line, they said there is NO WAY TO TURN THE BEEPING OFF. As for a timer, if you want to bake cookies and the recipe says 10 to 12 minutes, it does NOT work well. On my Cuisinart toaster oven, I can set the timer and it beeps, while the oven keeps working. On this device, at the set time, the oven stops cooking, and does NOT beep. I asked how to set a timer, THERE IS NO TIMER FUNCTION. The tech NO-SUPPORT guy told me to set the oven for the longest time, and use an external timer device. It goes back to the store this morning.

Small fire ignited when salmon cake dropped onto glass bar at bottom. I’m so glad I happened to be watching it and noticed the flame. Very dangerous- I am reaching out to the manufacturer asap!

We’ve had it a year. Since about the 90 day mark of owning it, it would leak oil everywhere. It doesn’t get any better. It got worse.

Broke right outside of warranty. Before then worked well but was loud with fans and beeps.

If you could turn off the noise, this oven would be ok. To turn on the oven, you press a button that emits a piercing beep. To choose a function (temperature, number of slices, etc), you press another button that emits a piercing beep. To use the menu, you press a button (yep, another beep) and then you turn a dial. Every single micro-turn of the dial, as you scroll through the menu, emits a piercing beep. If you start at the top of the menu and your desired selection is at the end of the menu, it makes 10 piercing beeps. It literally sounds like the smoke alarm is going off, it's that kind of piercing beep. Also, the fan in the oven keeps running noisily for an unspecified amount of time (sometimes 5 minutes, other times 10 or 15) after the oven is turned off. Don't plan on making midnight snacks with this thing, you'll wake everyone else up. If you live alone and turn off your hearing aide, the noise might be tolerable.

Would not purchase this… at first it seems fine on the air fryer mode, but within a few minutes it make a very loud noise. Then on Bake, oil dropped a little and a big flame happened (or a big spark). Don’t trust it.

Knob to access every feature including setting and time is broken, rendering the air fryer completely useless. Of course this happened after the return window closed, a few months after having it.
