As soon as I plugged it in for the first time the fan started running and the menu button remained lite up the entire time. Could not get it to stop, defective right out of the box

I just bought it as well and the minute I plugged it in it stayed on with the fan running

Toaster doesn't work when cold. Kitchen is 67 degrees and I had to set up a space heater to get it to work. It's a known issue... I wouldn't have purchased had I known

Broke within 2 days of using. Severely burned my wrist. Do not recommend it is very unsafe. Gourmia refunded me which i was grateful for.

Dirty looking after very few uses. Displaying error code can't even use now. Looked up error code online and states faulty wiring

Returning to the store immediately! It keeps flaming when in air fryer mode. When grease drips on the heating coils, little flames emerge.

They could do better with this toaster. The area by the handle gets hot and you can burn yourself. The steam slips out where the door opens makes the display window get all foggy. The area at bottom does not have a removable tray to remove crumbs from.

This version of this model of Gourmia air fryer is trash. I had one I loved a few years ago that bit the dust. The new replacement lasted less than a month. Social media & reviews indicate this is the norm. Such a bummer!

Don’t recommend. Caught on fire, and it was growing very rapidly. I had to cover it with salt and baking soda for it to go out.
