As soon as you connect it to power the fan noise goes on even before you start using it for the first time. Then after you use it, it continues making that humming sound for about 5 minutes before it comes to a stop. I don’t trust this thing. I returned it thinking I got a defective item but the second one came out doing the same thing. No I can’t live with something in my kitchen making noises when not in use. I will keep my smaller round air fryer instead. Shane because this air fryer is beautiful aesthetically speaking.

Product works though alittle slow and with only a years use would expect it to not have burned tarnished marks around the front bezel....when they advertise the thing to be out on countertops and displayed.

Cant let anything drip in the oven. Only good for toast and bagels as well as non greasy pizza. Need to use tinfoil even though in instructions say no to and it’s never clean! Rusts soooooo fast!

I like that it is multifunctional, you can make many things easily. The size is very good, it doesn't use too much space on my counter and it can fit a whole chicken to be cooked. I didn't like the fact that all of the trays don't clean well, even if you prevent accumulation of grease, they stained at the first use. We use it everyday, and it started making an error E0001 just after the warranty expired,I called gourmia and it cost me more to have it fixed than what I originally paid. Now it's trash and will buy another brand.

We've had this about a year and I've been happy with it until the last few months. Now the turn dial doesn't work appropriately and it is impossible to make my desired selections. It is hard to clean the heating coils as others have mentioned. I like the range of options it has though and it has functioned well until now. I'm just disappointed it didn't last longer than a year.

Beginner user and wanted a simple appliance for the counter. Family sized for good portions but small enough for a meal for just 2 also. I have used it for several of the cooking functions and it works nicely. I like having one appliance that has many different functions and also saves on counter space. I like the extra trays and digital screen. So convenient and easy to use and also very easy to clean! The best part is how the food was cooked evenly, In minutes! It is so practical for busy lifestyle! I can't wait to try more of the functions, so far I'm enjoying the delicious food that it makes.

Will be receiving my third unit sent to me due to the others having an E001 error. When it works it’s fine but having to dispose of two non-functioning units is no picnic. At least customer service is responsive and the process is pretty smooth.

it works great had it for over a year but it beeps at every button and every degree turned on the know. and they are LOUD beeps. it says I cam mute it but the instructions don't work. I've looked online and nothing works to use this annoying monstrosity

Cooks unevenly - you’ll need to turn your food halfway or one side will burn. I dropped some cheese onto the core heat part (idk what it’s called) and now it smokes when turned on… hopefully the warranty will cover a new one.

Worked well for about 9 months but it didn’t last a year…
