Honestly the worst. Had the ninja before hand and everything was actually crispy and quick cook time. This one takes way longer and the crisp is more like a soggy crust

Bought in December. Died in May. Company wanted me to ship it back for it to be repaired. Um…yea no.

It always produces smoke when cooking anything, everything gets hot around the appliance, it leaks when you open the door and pull the food out so you have to clean the door and under the appliance. It does cook things like a typical airfryer (fast), but the smoke lingers around the house for a while

the selector switch starting acting inconsistantly within four months of purchase. Should have replaced but it was usable. Have had the oven for just over two years, moderate to light use....the selector dial has almost completely failed making the perfectly good oven unusable. Call Gourmia rep. they want $50 + shipping one way to fix. Told them to consider 50 bucks vs a lost customer and a negative review. Wish I could recommend this product but cannot due to qualtiy issues and company support.

I cooked steak and my whole home was full of smoke , also there is not a pause button only an option to stop. Not too happy with this purchase.

I wholeheartedly do not recommend this air-fryer for so many reasons. - Cleaning it is the WORST. I've cut myself trying to wipe the edges of the doors twice. Not a small cut it was pretty bad honestly. - Like others mentioned it gets extremely smokey. Anytime you cook something that isn’t bone dry the liquids drip off the tray onto the bottom of the air fryer and pool at the bottom - and eventually drip out of the air fryer through the door on to your counter- (see below) When any drippings touch the burners they start mini fires on the burner. - Any oil or drippings from what you cook leaks out of the air fryer through the door and on to the counter. I have to wipe under the air fryer after every single use

I would have given this 5 stars when we first got it. We all loved it, and it was nice on holidays for side dishes when the turkey was in the big oven. Howevee, the dial has not withstood the test of time (2 years). You turn the dial to select the function, temp, and time, but now the selection jumps all ove the place, and it takes a very long time to get each selection where you need it. Look for something that's longer lasting.

Great oven and features. Air fryer mode worked great. Got error code e1 after 3 months of use. Would only work intermittently. Had to use warranty.

Worked well for about a year. Then the dial knob would glitch. Basically it’s a guessing game of when it’ll land on the setting you want, then you gotta wait until til it lands on the time you want, etc. A bit annoying. Two years in, and I am now looking for a separate toaster oven and separate air fryer. This was not worth the daily annoyances.

It was great and powerful until it died on me after 2 years of usage.
