I opened it after Christmas as a gift. Has not worked at all. Only shows a E001 code. Called the manufacturer, no return call. Past the window of return. DO NOT PURCHASE. A WASTE OF MONEY. DOESN'T EVEN WORK

Received this as a Christmas gift. Used it for the first time. After use, I put the trays in dishwasher. Tray’s started to peel when put in dishwasher as per instruction manual. Emailed customer service, and dealt with Michael Jarrells and he was pretty much useless. He told me “Only the fry basket and oven rack should be washed in the dishwasher”. Meanwhile the manual states: “Clean accessories in dishwasher, or hand wash with a nylon scoring pad or brush in warm, soapy water.” No where on the manual does it state only fry basket and oven rack should go in dishwasher. Was told if I wanted 2 new trays they would cost $30. Ha! What a joke. I followed the instructions as per YOUR instructions manual. Total piece of garbage. Would not recommend.

Purchased in Nov. and the item can’t take the heat from daily use. I clean this every weekend and it always ends up like this, get a breville!

Purchased this piece of crap from Target using my Red card and had the same issue so many others here have had with this oven. The knob that controls everthing on this thing goes bad and doesnt allow you to control the temperature or modes. The opposite, it turns down the temp when you turn it up and scrolls the opposite direction on the menu making it nearly impossible to control. Over one year after purchase it started to fail and I attempted to use the extended warranty I purchased without a reciept. This is a no-go if you dont have your reciept. The people in the store could not help me. My advice it to give up right then because I spent hours calling no less than 6 levels of incompentent customer service in too many parts of the world before giving up and ultimalely throwing this thing in the trash. Target customer service is USELESS. Moral of this story: Do not purchase anything from Gourmia. Do not purchase and extended warranty unless you plan on keeping your reciept somehwere you can find it for the warranty period.

We have only owned this toaster since 12/2022 and the last month the dial started going out in it. I reached out to Gourmia's customer service since it's only been little over a year to see if they could offer any support/help. The response I got was it was out of warranty (1 year) and for me to pay to ship to their repair team to evaluate/assess and pay a $50 dollar repair fee, which combined would be more than what I paid for the toaster to begin with! We will be purchasing a more customer service friendly brand in the future.

I purchase this item on April 1st 2024 ,,I only use it twice and clean after every use ,,I regret I discard the box ,,I would have returned it ,,I am so mad ,,I will never buy this brand anymore ,,I place foil paper on the plate and still end up like that.i never write reviews but i had to ,,cause purchasing this is useless
