The dial stopped working within the first 9 months of use. Very disappointing as we really liked it otherwise.

Wouldn’t recommend for a lasting toaster oven. It lasted about a year into using it regularly every week. The buttons and spin dial stopped working and the screen kept blacking out every now and then. It would also turn on and off by itself sometimes too. It works great when it does decide to work though! Air fries and toasts things very well! Was also able to bake some cookies in it too. Easy to use and very nice looking in my kitchen. Just not very durable… I would recommend investing in one a bit more durable that can at least last a year rather than getting this one like I did.

Whether you chose bake or broil, both sets of elements heat up. Gourmania clearly does not understand what 'bake' and 'broil' mean.

If you just need a bog standard toaster oven, this works. The capacity is relatively large, and you can fit some taller items easily. I'm pretty disappointed with the temperature control; my unit seems to swing 40 degrees when cooking. It's so slow to correct for cooling down, and when it does correct, it just blasts the heating elements at full power for way too long. If you need any degree of temperature control, avoid this. The menu is a bit clunky, but it works. The display itself is good and easy to read at various angles.

This worked so great, I stopped using my regular oven. The problem is, it stopped working after barely a year. Pretty Gourmia's website, the error message displayed on the screen means the circuit panel has gone out & the oven is no longer usable.

Directly out of the box, the toast burns on the bottom and barely toasted on the top. Wrote to Customer Service and got no help. This morning while toasting, steam was pouring out of the front door. Trays inside are impossible to clean as they are very thin and cheap. After owning for two weeks, it went into the trash tonight. Save yourself and buy a better one.

I wanted to love this Toaster Oven / Air Fryer but the top of the Airfryer gets extremely hot and a lot of heat comes out from a little slit at the very top and also from the top corner of the sides of the door. This is very dangerous, i have more than 4” all around but my cabinet above the Airfryer gets extremely hot. The fact that the door doesn’t have some sort of insulation to keep the heat in is very disappointing. I will be returning it.

I had high hopes for this multi-function device. I am pretty disappointed at how much smoke it produces. I live in a small apartment with a galley kitchen and this thing smoked up my entire kitchen and front room as if I was using an open skillet on high heat. I'm shocked my smoke alarm did not go off. It got two stars because there is a great recipe book that comes with it.

I have had this air fryer for a week and have want to love it, but I cannot! I have use the baking pan twice, and as you can see it is extremely difficult to remove grease if used as a drip tray, which I only did once. I cannot imagine what it would look like in another week. Not worth it in my opinion!

I loved this air frier, initially. I bought it in February and tonight it had a huge flame burst inside of it and that was the end of this machine… Not worth the price for the hazard that just took place. Also, as I see the rating for cleanliness, the racks are not dishwasher safe and tarnish quickly.
