I just bought it it and it makes a very strange sound like it’s still on even when the oven not on. After reading reviews, it appears this may be a flaw on some recent ones and may cause a fire. I’m surprised target is selling these. They need to pull these off the shelves. I am returning it and going back to the Cuisinart that I recently wanted.

I air fried chicken wings for the first time and it leaked oil all over my counter. Unfortunately, I am no longer under warranty so I would have to pay for shipping and will cost up to $60 to repair it. I will never buy another Gourmia product.

I purchased this item a couple weeks ago after returning the one I originally purchased. This air fryer stopped working a couple days after purchasing it. It wouldn't start and kept showing a code. After googling the code it stated something about room temperature and other customers that purchased this product said they beat on the side of the air fryer and it starts working.. my crazy tail self hit the side and it really started working smh! This is the worse product ever! Please do not buy!!

Absolutely loved this when I got it. It stopped working after two months. For over $100 I expected more.

Good features but terrible make. The buttons started glitching out and turning the oven on and off randomly. Had to unplug it after use because it turns on at random times. It became so problematic that it would start and stop several times when trying to use it. Had to dispose of it because it was out of warranty. Buy a better quality appliance because this is a hazard!

glass door exploded after cooking for 15 mins. purchased product 3 weeks prior and randomly glass door explodes. thankfully wasnt near it when it occured

I used this 3 times and now it doesn’t work. It shows an electrical error code that can’t be fixed.

Worst toaster oven I have ever had. burned parchment paper on the tray not near the heating coils. Returned it.

Had this product for a little over than a year than one day the knob became inoperable and it would constantly beep while plugged in. I read some of the reviews and it looks like this is very common for this product.

air fryer was preheating and started making a horrible grinding sound. Then flames coming out of back of unit. Reached out to Gourmia but no response. Glad only thing damaged was the air fryer and not my house kitchen burning down.
