I had read a number of reviews and all were positive. However, as soon as I plugged it in the fan came on. And. It. Doesn’t. Shut. Off. Oh well. I’m returning before I even try it.

This air fryer box came delivered fine. Upon taking the box out the appliance has 2 dents on the door frame and the inside wire covering is bent. This is bad quality control issue. They should not box with one up for sale! See pics below

Really wanted to like this fryer but it has issues. First grease does stain it. Tried Easy Off but does not remove it all. Having Gourmia reply back that it doesn't is ridiculous. Next it must vent out the back as the counter top tile behind it also is stained with grease. Went to the closet after two months of use. My previous Gourmia did not have a preheat time that delays the actual start/cook time you enter. So 10 minutes is 13,14,15 minutes. I just want to put the food in and select the time. This now preheats, beeps at you to add the food and cooks. Just do the "set it and forget it".

Only tried one function, baking. It did not bake evenly at all. I left the cookies a little longer because the front ones weren’t ready. When I took them out the front were fine but the middle row were more crispy and the back row were burnt. The picture is one cookie from the front row and one from the back row. The glass on the front also gets REALLY hot, like burn your hand hot and with a toddler in the house that’s not going to work. Will be returning.

I do like the design and all the features it has. However, mine came with a loud rattling noise. My “bob the builder” grandfather came to the rescue. We found that three of the fan blades were crooked and hitting the wall of the compartment it was in (aka the noise). Note it took us about 30 minutes to take it apart and we ended up with 1 million screws to put back. All in all, it took about an hour to fix and another 20 minutes to strap back together again. The metal is thin on the fan so just accidentally dropping that piece on the floor could’ve bent it. You would’ve thought that the quality control would be better though for a product like this… something that could quite literally burn my house down lol. Before we took it apart, I attempted to call customer service. I am kind of disappointed in how I got no answers and had to basically argue with the representative about it. For me, the receipt is currently lost so we just went for it and fixed it. If you’re experiencing the issue I am, I would just return it. If you’re thinking about buying this product, definitely keep that receipt around for if you get a faulty one like I did. PICTURE: I took a picture of the scratch on the inside compartment.

Sorry to say this Air Fryer has NOT lived up to the hype. Honestly, the previous reviews are spot on with the smoke. I find myself spending more time fanning my smoke detector than preparing my next batch of food and or just relaxing while the food cooks. The flaw is in the design. The oils/liquid from the food being cooked leaks onto the heat source and burns! The drip pan goes under the bottom heat source so there is really no way to stop it. Foil is not an appropriate option. I have never written a review on Target before but I had to this time. Best part is how it looks. I cannot recommend this item.

Great little arifryer except the fact that every time I use it there is a pool of oil underneath for some reason. Not sure if this is normal or not. Of course we are creeping on the 90 day mark so hopefully we aren’t stuck with it.

Works great as a toaster. First time trying the air frying function, put in some wings and followed all instructions carefully. Put wings on basket with tray underneath to collect the drippings. As the cooking started the fat was splatting all over the insides of the machine; about 8 minutes in we noticed the fat was dripping down the inside side walls of the appliance, down past the heating elements and out through the bottom of the machine, Immediately unplugged for fear of fire hazard. Sending back.

While this has a lot of features, it really isn’t all that good. Bake feature works great, as it’s easy to bake a little bit of garlic bread or a personal pizza. The air fry feature, which is the main reason we purchased this, is terrible. It has way too small of a fan inside that it doesn’t really air fry food. Everything I’ve air fried in this just doesn’t have that crunch or anything I’ve already come to expect from air frying. After a few months of ownership, I decided to go after a basket style air fryer from the same brand. That basket style is so much better, and air fried food from it actually has that fried food texture. My recommendation: stay away from this one.

I’m returning this after one day use I tried frying 2 things a taco and fries. Taco was great outside but cold inside fries were great however it takes forever to air fry. I rather go through the mission of using the original air fryer and wash the basket every time. It did toast great but I bought it for the air fryer not worth the price.
