I can't speak for the quality of this toaster/air fryer as I did return it because it was too bulky. It is very boxy. I have large counters and it still sat awkwardly on top. And the directions state to not have anything surrounding it for at least 4-6 inches around all sides. So you can't even stick this in a corner to get it out of the way. I originally wanted this to replace my separate toaster oven and air fryer but this was just as big as the 2 of them combined so it defeated the purpose.

Got this on sale around Black Friday after my previous toaster oven’s LED screen broke. I liked that this had an air fryer option and we’ve used that just as much as the toast function. It does both things well! However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to clean. I knew this before purchasing after reading reviews, and it really is true. We cover the baking pan with foil and use that as a “drip pan” when using the air fryer basket or the toaster grill insert. However things still spill to the bottom crumb sheet and that is impossible to wash even after soaking. We’ll see how long the whole thing lasts before it gets too gross to continue cooking things in. The fan does stay on for ~10min after you press any button regardless of whether or not you’re cooking which is a little annoying, but it’s not that loud. The beeping the dial makes when choosing your selection is loud and annoyingly high pitched but not the end of the world. The door slams shut unless you softly place it closed. For the price I got it at, it was worth it but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

We liked it while it worked… purchased in April 2021. Broke July 2022. Disappointing. Great features and cleans well. Unfortunately, I would not purchase again and I do not recommend after reading other reviews with similar experiences.

We have had this one for about a year and a half, and I love that it has multiple functions. I've been able to use it as a toaster, an oven and an air fryer so far. As other users have mentioned, the beeping is a little annoying at first, but quite honestly it's really not a big deal once you get around to using it. My only big concern is that it gets VERY hot REALLY fast and could be considered a slight hazard. We have to pull it out from the wall when we use it and make sure nothing is close to it/touching it, on the off chance that the heat may start a fire or melt something. Also, it's only been a year and a half and we already need to replace it. Recently I attempted to toast some garlic bread, and after only about 4 or 5 minutes at 450 degrees, it starting smoking and emitting an awful electrical smell. It was coming from the device and not from the outlet, so I'm not sure what part of it is not working, but it's not worth calling their support to try and figure it out, I'd rather just get a new toaster oven. I guess I just feel like it should last at least 2 or 3 years.

Didn't last very long before interaction pad broke

We got this appliance about a year ago to replace a small Black & Decker toaster oven. We don't use our main oven because it takes forever to preheat, so this appliance gets used almost daily - to air fry tofu/vegetables, heat up frozen foods (French fries, tater tots, pizzas), and bake chicken (can fit 6-7 drumsticks), muffins (can fit a 6-muffin tin), and cakes (can fit a 8x8 pan). Pros: - Display and oven itself is still working great after 1 year - Crumb tray can easily be covered with aluminum foil for easy clean-up Cons: - The major drawback is that the round knob for adjusting settings seems to be failing, after which point I'm not sure if I will be able to use the appliance anymore, since I need this knob to switch between the 10+ different functions, as well as to adjust temperature and cook time. I can tell that if I turn the knob quickly, it does not always register every click; for example, I might move the knob 10 clicks to the right, but it might only register 5 or 7 of them. Therefore, I'm having to turn the knob slowly click by click, which is a little annoying (but doesn't take more than an extra few seconds). - The air fryer basket is mesh and is not super easy to clean; I wish it was more like a nonstick tray with holes in it like some other air fryers have. - The baking tray that comes with the air fryer gets very easily stained, and the stains do not wash out. This is despite baking with aluminum foil or parchment paper every single time we cook (we never put food directly on the tray). Still, inevitably liquids will eventually leak through, or splash onto the sides, and they get baked onto the tray forever. Mainly a cosmetic issue.

It is big and bulky. Takes up a fair amount of counter space.

I really liked this appliance while it worked. It was convenient to have a toaster, air fryer, and oven all in one but unfortunately it only lasted a year and a half before the heat top element went out. I'll be looking at alternatives to replace it.

The spin dial is terrible! I can stand in front of the oven for 10 minutes trying to get the spin dial to get to my selection. It happened not too long after purchasing.

Super bummed the dial stopped working so now I cant use it because I can’t control temperature or anything else. Very disappointed
