Works fine but after 3 months it is showing signs of rust on the outside. It’s kept in an air conditioned kitchen and just a damp cloth on outside to clean… nothing corrosive so I’m not sure why it would happen other than it’s a very cheap finish

Purchased April 2021 and the dial knob is already having issues. It's glitchy and won't always work. Adds extra time having to go back and fourth to land on the right settings. Also, compared to my prev toaster oven, it does not save preferred settings. Everytime you're going to toast, bake or air fry, you have to select settings all over again.

It was working just fine all this time I had it almost a year, but just a month ago it stopped working. I tuned it on and changed the settings for what I want to heat/ cook and it just stops after a couple of seconds. I have tried to disconnect and connect back just like instructions says for trouble shooting and it just keeps turning off!

this things burns EVERYTHING you really need to watch your food. i have to adjust times and temperatures for everything i put in it.

I really wanted to like this toaster oven as it looks nice. Unfortunately this is a very dangerous appliance as the external glass and stainless external gets way too hot. I accidently missed grabbing the door handle such that my knuckles touched the glass and made the painful discovery of how hot the exterior of the unit gets. The top, sides and I suspect bottom are all hot enough to burn you when operating at 400 degrees. What was also interesting is that the food was not really cooked evenly. I have to wonder if the fan and/or recirculation of heat is not working properly such that the units are overheating. I also wonder if that is why there seem to be so many reviews of the units malfunctioning. Between the safety issue and not believing the high heat will be good for long term durability I decided to return it for something different.

Doesn’t cook food all the way no matter what temp, time, or type. We’ve had different air fryers in the past (we use it daily) and this is the only one that doesn’t cook the food like it should. Disappointed.

The beeps are nonstop and super loud, the fan is always on and NO option to turn it off, so you can NOT just toast. When will toaster oven/AirFryer/Convection oven makers stop LYING, and just be honest. This is a toaster. If the fan turns on, it is a convection oven, BUT only upto 360F. If it is hotter than 360F and it has a fan, its an AirFryer!! LOL, what a scam!! Why not just add another setting in the progream and call it a Dehydrator?!!! LOL Suckers born everyday, so I was a sucker and bought this. The ONLY useful setting is REHEAT, as that is the ONLY one that lets you MANUALLY set things. But even then, you CANNOT toast without a fan noise. And after the toasting is done with the fan, like many full sized stoves, it now has a feature to Cool the oven down, so WHILE you are eating, you get the wonderful sound of the fan blowing hard. What a JOKE!!! Oh, and just about any setting takes too long to heatup. I gave it 2 stars because

it honestly is just too hot. it bakes at a wayyyy higher temp and burns almost everything i make. i have to always lower the temp and keep it for less time because of the issue. i’m not sure if this is just mine that is working like this or if thats just the technology.
