The wire tray is too tight or too lose never perfectly fitting. However the air fry setting works great same with the others. Overall a pretty good product and would recommend.

I really like the toaster oven and all its functions, however the baking pan got ruined very quick. Initially it was my fault for forgetting to add oil before cooking something, but slowly has gotten worse regardless of how much oil I put on the pan. I can't get it clean and I can't even find a replacement baking pan. Overall it's a good product but the accessories need to be made better, and also offer replacement accessories on their own website. Can someone please tell me how to go about getting a replacement.

I can't imagine my life without my airfryer. It's so versitle I use it everyday, hardly use my oven now. Can make dinner for my family of 4. I put foil on the tray to make cleanup easier.

This Air Fryer / Toaster Oven is easy to use and cooks well with lots of options, for a reasonable price. My only issue is that there’s no power-off button, which wouldn’t be a big deal, except that just plugging it in, touching a button or scrolling through the menu causes a fan to come on, that takes a while to shut off. I called the manufacturer, and was told that fan is for the ‘computer’ (?) Obviously not a deal breaker, just weird.

I love this thing! I only have a single oven in my range so I use this often as a second oven. It is large inside and I can bake a frozen pizza in it. It does seem to cook things at little higher temp but I just reduce cooking time and that seems to work great. The only drawback is that when it is done cooking and the timer turns off it takes a while for the fan to stop-I'm assuming it is a safety feature to help the unit cool off. Not a big deal for how versatile it is!

Overall it’s a very useful product but about 2 months into use I am noticing that it starts to restart itself when air frying! If you don’t go get your food out right away it’ll cook it again.

This Air Fryer Toaster Oven has some awesome functions like Dehydrate, Roast, Convection, and Slow Cook you typically see on larger models. The build quality is superb. The Stainless steel is beautiful and doesn’t scratch easily while the glass door has a good weight to it for smooth opening/closing. The size is perfect in my opinion. It doesn’t take up much counter space but the interior is tall and deep allowing you to easily cook a whole bird. The controls feel and look good as well. The only drawback I found is that it doesn’t cook evenly from front to back. Food placed in the rear of the unit will cook much faster that food by the door which means you need pull the basket/tray out halfway through cooking and rotate it. I thought the FryForce 360 Technology would alleviate this but it doesn’t. This is inconvenient in my opinion so I’ll be returning the unit. There are other options from other manufacturers like KitchenAid that cook evenly from front to back but they are also more expensive.

I love this air fryer a lot and haven’t had any problems until now, it says the parts like the trays are dishwasher safe. But one of them seem like they are shedding color? It’s coming off black powdery substance all on it. I tried to hand wash it and it still does it? Air fryer no problem at all but I’m just curious if this has happened before or is there a reason the tray, the color is basically coming off and it’s just silver so I don’t understand. (Tried to write a question but didn’t know how on the q/a )

There's only 1 critique I can give this. The internal fan for the electronics is way too loud, BUT it shuts itself off in a few minutes so it doesn't drive you insane. would I recommend this? Absolutely! I wouldn't recommend any other. I just bought it 2 nights ago and have used just about every setting it has.

I've had this Gourmia airfryer oven for a few months now. Truthfully, I can't understand some of these other reviews - especially those talking about the fan being on continuously and having to unplug it; the fan being too noisy, etc. I have experienced neither. My only complaint is that the trays included are very cheaply made, and impossible to clean. I also cover mine with aluminum foil all the time now. The important thing is that I have achieved great results, no matter what I am cooking or which function I am using.
