Got this for Christmas and plugged it in and immediately the fan kicks on and won’t stop. The unit isn’t even on. It would be like a microwave fan constantly running and not stopping.

Awful loud beep noise anytime you press a button. Also makes fan sound all the time even when off

I didn’t even bother trying to cook with this unit because of two issues I encountered right away: 1. When you plug it in there is an fairly loud fan that runs constantly for no apparent reason. The unit I ended up purchasing after returning this one is quieter in air-fry mode than this one is when doing nothing. 2. The knob you use to select cooking modes works inconsistently. Sometimes it works right away, other times you have to try a few times for it to work. The unit I replaced this unit with is easy to use, completely silent when not in use, comes with a wider variety of trays, and it is remarkably quiet in air-fryer mode, so I’m glad I made the switch.

Returned oven after learning you had to unplug the unit when not using.

Pretty much useless unless you want your entire house overtaken by smoke. Used once and will never use again. Came with minimal instructions so the whole thing is pretty much useless.

This is the worst product ever. It is very hard to clean. Everything you cook sticks on the racks even when they are sprayed with cooking spray. Smoke comes off the top and front which makes the stainless steel color turn. House is always smoky after using this appliance. For the type of money it cost this is just unacceptable. Not pleased with this product and I have been using air fryers and toaster ovens for many years. Very cheaply made.

The door design is such that the handle rests on the counter when the door is open. This leaves the EXTREMELY HOT door surface as the spot you tend to reach for to close the door! I would. not recommend purchasing this product unless you don’t mind searing the skin off your fingers!

Do not buy this product. It is a hazard. I went to grab the handle of the door. The metal right next to the handle (on the outside door) got so hot that for the split second my finger grazed it I got a 3rd degree burn. I will be taking this back for sure.

This product has really good features. I really wanted to like it, but it has one potentially fatal flaw. When I first tried it out to test all the functions, it shocked me. The item has a defect in the internal wiring. When plugged in, it exposes the user to 120 V of electricity. That is a very dangerous, and could potentially kill somebody. It’s unfortunate that the quality control was so bad that this item could leave the factory with such a deadly flaw. I will be returning this immediately to the store.I will not buy another one of these!
