There’s a buzzing sound that comes on as soon as you plug it in and it doesn’t turn off. So if you don’t mind an additional appliance sound, this is a great product. Toasted bread to perfection but I am returning it because I need a quiet toaster/air fryer.

Honestly this sucks as a toaster oven, never toasts my bagels correctly. Didn’t cook my pizza well either. I’ve had this for less that 4 months, it’s supposed to be stainless steel and the whole front is already burning and looking busted. I just can’t believe it looks this bad, this fast. I had my previous toaster over for 10 years and it didn’t look this bad. I’ll stick to Cuisinart. Not impressed with Gourmia at all.

Is it just me but anything I cook it smokes the house with the food I cooked. The oven has no venting to stop the smell.

Burns toast, pizza and anything else you want to bake! The back element burns everything in the same area! I reach in when I make anything so that I can turn it! Agree with others, the timer function is terrible! Donating tomorrow!

Looks like we received a defective one. It made a noise like a fan running and was warm. Could not get it to shut off completely. We didn't try to make anything in it but returned it right away. Considered exchanging it but my better half said not to and ordered a different kind.
Hi
I thought the noise other reviews mentioned was exaggerated, sadly no. The buzzzzzzzz that never stops really trigger one of my cats as well, hard to keep him out of the kitchen when he wants to attack the air fryer lol. I did try using it to see if maybe it just needed time and use to stop the noise but nothing made the noise stop besides unplugging the air fryer. Sadly I will be returning
Poor Choice
Although the baking pan was in place it produced a lot of smoke. In addition, it was only used once, but the baking pan is next to impossible to clean.

I just plugged it in and it HUMS. LOUD. The only way to stop it is to unplug it. The unit does seem to heat up very well, which my old toaster oven never could accomplish. I will try running it hot for 20 minutes to see if it can hold a set temperature.. IF it holds heat per the thermostat setting, I may just be willing to unplug it after every use. Great sale price, just got it today. Funny control dial jumps the opposite direction you would expect when it reaches top of bottom, but I seem to be able to figure it out. WIsh there were a preset override where you could just enter time and temp and convection or not. To get to a very low temp setting , you have to choose a preset that accomodates that.
love the texture
The oven works very well, but the engineers who designed it decided to constantly have a blower fan on when ever the unit is plugged in and the fan is relatively loud. it constantly hums unless you unplug the unit and is very annoying. It is my opinion that if an appliance is turned off, it should consume nearly zero energy and be silent. this thing is terrible at both of those. I am returning it withing 30 minutes of unboxing it. Terrible design.

I bought this air fryer and basically only used the toaster oven option for making toast and for cooking small frozen pizzas and reheating pizza. I used the air fryer option maybe 3 times. It quit working after about 8 months. It's was a great toaster oven, but it didn't last. Also, I have a small kitchen and it took up a lot of counter space and it's too big to store out of the way.
