looks nice, cooks great but a big negative is that it gets extremely hot after just 10min plus it is very loud even when off. There is a buzzing noise when turned of what can get really annoying. I will return it.

it worked well at first but I think the high heat affected the digital panel and some of the word functions no longer light up so I have to look at a picture of the oven to figure out where the function is that I want and hope I land on the right function. was so excited but now disappointed.

This unit initially worked very well although I mostly used the toaster so I cannot claim how the air fryer works. Having said that, it worked as expected. Unfortunately now past Target’s acceptable return date, unit has kept overheating and eventually caught fire, rendering its further use unsafe. Needless to say it’s now a useless waste of money after only 6 months. For the price, I would’ve expected it to last a few years at the very least.

As soon as you plug it in, there's a small fan that turns on for cooling the electronics inside. According to tech support, this fan should turn off after 10-15 minutes of idle. That's 10-15 minutes too long. This fan is way too loud for its purpose. In fact, needing a fan to cool electronics only suggests that this was not engineered correctly. It's a toaster oven, not a super computer. I never actually tried to use the oven because hearing this fan in the middle of the day I could only imagine how loud it would sound at 5am. And knowing that it would run too long, it immediately went back into the box. As for the people complaining about it smoking, my assumption is that the oil that was used for cutting the parts was not cleaned off properly. On the unit I had, there was quite a bit of what I would guess was cutting oil residue on the front bottom corners. Taking your finger and wiping it would leave them dirty. It also smelled like cutting oil.

We were really excited to receive this as a wedding gift and be able to save space by not having a separate toaster oven and air fryer. It has gone extinct after 6 months of use 2-3 times weekly. 4 slices of toast in on the darkest setting (5 mins?) is barely just not soft with a touch of color, heats super unevenly, air fry setting has been way below the quality of what we get with a stand-alone air fryer basket. If it seems to be too good to be true for the price, it is. Good quality units like this cost $200+, and unfortunately, this was not a good cost-efficient alternative for us. Super disappointed.

The dial has always been temperamental. After a few months it no longer works with any kind of predictability. When you turn it either nothing happens, it skips forward 4 or 5 settings or it actual goes backwards 2 or 3 settings. Spending 5 minutes trying to dial in the correct setting is frustrating. Customer support was not helpful. Will buy another brand.

We bought ours a week ago and was working great. My husband went to go warm something up and literally shocked it and it went completely out! How is this even possible! So be careful because any amount of static electricity will break it!
Damaged item
Just to much wasted time and headache to get it replace or refunded

The toaster seems to have a fan that runs continuously even when it is off. It is only silent when it is unplugged. We had it for 15 minutes and then returned.

I was so excited to open this oven, but when I did I noticed a big dent on the top and side. Nevertheless, I plugged it in to see if it would work, and then also notice that the door doesn’t even shut completely. I don’t know if I just have a faulty product or if this is how it is made.
