I received this as a Christmas gift, and it is a great little oven, temperature runs on the high side. The one downside is how tough it is to clean. After the initial use the door discolors, and looks unattractive. The trays, the basket, etc will not come clean. have tried soaking, using bartender's friend, and even oven cleaner but the all of the trays and basket keep some sort to residue on them. ( I have never used a cooking spray on any of the trays.) It is a lot of maintenance every time I use it.

i bought this for my sister, for CHRISTMAS and she said her pizza always burns. wish i would have gotten one better!

worked well for around a year. then the control knobs are no longer functioning properly. you move the dial one way and it goes all over the place. contacted customer service. they told me to ship it to gourmia. the unit is very heavy! will cost a fortune.

BEWARE: BE SAFE THAN SORRY. I like that it is multifunctional oven but it so scary that turn on by itself during the night while all of us sleep cuz of the beep we woke up. Another time while we’re watching TV it turn on by itself again. So we have to unplug it after use. My husband said thought it is bluetooth 🤦🏽♀️ not safety and not recommended

It worked well for a few months but started shutting off in the middle of cooking. We had our outlets tested and it doesn’t seem to be the outlets. Decided to get rid of it.

The specs say that the height is 10.67 but in reality it is actually higher at 11.33". I only had 11" aheight vailable in the cabinet so although this appears to be a small discrepancy, it simply does not fit. Also the width is stated as 19.45" and in reality it is only 17". It looks like it would be a great toaster oven but because of teh incorrect data, I now have to make a trip to the local target to return it so I will waste an hour or more

They need to read the reviews when you plug it in. It starts running right away and it takes an act of God to figure out how to shut it off. The book that comes with it with recipes is useless. Ridiculous recipes how about simple stuff bacon cupcakes et cetera

This technically isn't a review it's got amazing looks but that's the only good thing about it. The ?s that were on here the E001 code is the pan is not in correctly I looked it up which that should be what everyones doing. Now the cons:it's UNSAFE and MAJOR FIRE RISK and MAJOR SAFETY ISSUES. Target pls pls recall this pls look at the bad reviews they're desperate for this to be recalled and many others all of those 5-star reviews are fake and they got that free so don't read them read mine is truthful to yall

Received it damaged I noticed a loose screw and when I baked chicken, grease leaked all over my counter.

So easy to use but only lasted 2 months before I got an error code. I'm going with a different brand. It should last longer than 2 months. Ugh. Every surface is hot to touch, so not ideal if you've got a little curious one roaming the house.
