Don't waste your money if you are looking to use these for conference calls or any calls for that matter. No one will be able to hear you unless you hold the speaker directly to your mouth. My old LG's were not horrible like this!

I am on my second pair of the HSB910. Both pairs have had problems with the ear buds. One ear is loud and clear the other barely a whisper. I am going to now go get my 3rd headset. SMH. I hope 3 times is the charm. If not I will look to find another product.

I bought this just over 90 days ..96 days to be exact..worked well then all of a sudden nothing..no sound stop connecting. .Fully charged want turn off an eant connect...

i boughtt these in my eveybody says they sound muffled the right ear goes out and in very poor quality. i did the return witing on a responds from lg.

i brought this two months ago and it already doesn't work. People cannot hear me when talking to them, it automatically dials numbers in my contact when it's not suppose to, sound is good that's about it

For the price of these headphones they are not worth paying. I've had 3 different models of.the LG Bluetooth headset and the speaker goes bad on them very quickly. These headsets are not worth the money at all! I at least expected the headphones to last at least two years without a problem but no deal!

the user guide is a waste (the print) so small that i am on google now trying to see if i can find something i can read. very disappointing. you need two magnifying glasses.

I bought these 7 months ago. When I first bought them I really loved them. Not having them only about 3 months the sound on left side went completely out. I done research online and this is a major issue with this product. I contacted LG about the issue and since I'm just like most other consumers I no longer had my receipt. Even though they was well within warranty LG refused to do anything about the product.

I purchased my first hbs 910 on 5-1-16. Today is 12-12-16 and I'm on my 4th set. The first 2 quality was fine, but wouldn't turn on after a month or so of use. My 3rd set lasted 3 months and people can't hear me well. I do work outside in a construction atmosphere, they stay around my neck. If not for a retailer exchanging them out, I would have gone with a different brand or model. I do like the sound it has and that it pairs with 2 phones, I have a work phone and a personal phone.

I'm on my second set in 6 months. The first physically broke at the point where the left side piece meets the flexible neck band, after only 2 months. The second set is now randomly calling one person from my contact list, over and over and over. There's no way to stop it. Fortunately, he's understanding. It has also randomly place several calls on hold, without any way to get them off hold. Don't buy these.
