The unit is pretty well set up and if you follow all the instructions it is absoloutely great. The pros: -comfortable- like really really comfortable around the neck -Great build quality -great features, voice recording, vibrate on notification and tells the time The cons: -earphone cables not long enough, looking side to side, they get ripped out or dislodge from my ears. They need to be about 3cm longer for my head to have free movement. -battery life, only good for 10 hours

What I like about the LG HBS-910 is that it sounds better then the 900's! The round rubber piece that goes around the back part of your neck is more durable. Now the Con's, the LG HBS-900's button's (power, volume, play, talk, rev&fwd etc...) all were better positioned. The body of where all the buttons sat on the 900's were a better design and gave you more battery life 14hrs vs. the 10.5hrs the 910's give you. If I was a engineer at LG, I would take the round rubber part that goes on the back of the neck, the sound and earbud design off of the LG-HBS 910's and place that onto the LG HBS 900's and give you the LG HBS 920's on the next model! I personally been a LG fan since their first headphone headsets and I have been going back and forth between my LG-HBS 910's and 900's. Not to happy with the new design but hope the next ones are better.

I bought this to replace my dying LG Tone Pro. While the quality of audio for listening to calls, music, or audiobooks is fine, the voice quality during calls is extremely poor. I have Been informed repeatedly that my voice is garbled and unclear when on calls. I've now invested a substantial sum for a device that can only be used in listen mode. LG quality suffered in this upgrade.

i purchased this headset on 8/31/2016 and on 10/21/2016 i nocticed one side volumee was lower than the other i contacted lg and they sent me a shipping labe to send it back for a new one but what a inconvenience

I bought these to replace a previous pair of LG earbuds that bit the dust after 2.5 years of hard use. My biggest disappointment with these is the sound is not as good as the previous pair even though it's suppose to be Harmon Kardon premium sound. Also, the location of the power switch is inconvenient and too small especially if you have large hands like I do. I am also experiencing the retractable ear buds not retracting all the way up when the button is pressed.

sound is good but when i talk to people on call they do not hear me , the said my speech muffling and its not clear , its so disappointed. i tried lot but result same.

Just bought this and already want to return it. Won't pair with Talk and Tone (iPhone 7) Reviews for app are horrible. Why can't you fix such a basic component of a headset??

Unable to hear from left earpiece unless I turn it to the max & it still isn't as understanding as the right, which I have to turn it down to diminish the sound from the right earpiece

I bought this head set and 3 months later the right ears went. I sent it back with prove of purchase to lg I sent it back on 5/25/2017 and I got it back today 6/7/2017 the thrush is the cheaper one lasted 3 years this one lasted 3 months. Love the sound quality. But folks are already complaining of not hearing me clearly. The range distance should improve but overall the sound is crystal clear.
