But the Mic really sux. I have a deep voice and noise cancellation always kicks in and makes it as if someone put a sock on the Mic. I called my own phone (s7 edge) and left my self a voice message. My hbs-730 sounded better... And this is my 2nd pair. I thought it was faulty. Good luck. Battery really good no Bluetooth conection issues like on my hbs-900s. Sound great.

1 great improvement. the ear buds are far better than the past. they stay in place the audio playback is of good quality for this price range. easy connectivity via blue tooth, good battery life. now the negatives Telephone microphone quality is absolutely terrible def a step back - wish I hadn't bought them based on that alone- the dual microphones pick up external sounds far better and more clear than ones voice- a constant complaint from my phone call conversations. the current control layout is not as user friendly as the previous model that had larger buttons for call back mute etc... the side mounted sliders are far more awkward... did I tell you that the telephone voice quality to the other party absolutely sucks! Iphone 6s and Glalaxy Note 5 so it's not the phone its the microphone set up and sensitivity wish I hadn't bought these...

Use this device with a Samsung S7 for work. People are constantly complaining my voice trails off; however my speaking volume does not change.

I bought this headphones 2 months ago and already giving me problems I would like to say that it has its pros but the cons make the headphone unbearable Cons When i make a call people cant hear me or i have to talk load for them to hear me. .the right headphone speaker screen fell off. The volume switch is cut in half(still works its still in half see photo for details ) . Pros .The quality of music is awesome. .It autoconnects to my phone super fast. .I like the design(except for the sliding buttons) Battery last a long time I keep my headphones in good shape this one i took extra care of it becuse of the cost the durability of this headphones is horrible

I bought these about a month ago. At first I really enjoyed them. Then everyone kept complaining about not being able to hear me. I would disconnect and repair the bluetooth to make sure it was connected properly but that failed. If I walked more than 5 feet away I would lose connection with my phone. Also everyone always complained about constant background noise. Little did I know that this device was not equipped with noise cancellation.
diappointed
not worth buying loose connection even though phone is right in front. sound goes out plus buttons get stuck

Bought the 910 as a replacement for an older LG headset that I had great luck with. While the battery life, sound and comfort are great I'm very disappointed as the poor mic makes this headset unusable to talk on the phone. For this price this is unacceptable! I'm going to have to look for another choice.

very disappointed. bought a tone pro a year or two ago and it lasted until I took it on a deployment. I have since brought the tone platinum and the tone infinum both failed a delivered reduced audio volume to the left earbud. Do not buy now wait for build quality to go up.

We have owned many sets of LG headsets and these by far are the worst for calls. If you only want them for music, they are perfect. They randomly disconnect from the phone during calls. The person you are talking with can hardly be heard but the background noise is so loud you can't keep the buds in. Other callers, not on a Bluetooth, complain you are muffled and hard to hear. These are NOT worth the money. I wish we'd never bought them.

THERE WAS A SET OUT BEFORE THIS ON AND THEY DISCONTINUED IT, AND GAVE ME THESE INSTEAD (I HAVE INSURANCE ON THEM) NOW I FEEL LIKE I GOT CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY BECAUSE THE SOUND QUALITY IS THE WORST ON THESE....HOPE THEY COME OUT WITH HEADSET THAT HAD BETTER SOUND QUALITY!!!!!
