So far I returned (3) hsb-910 headsets. Volume went out on all in about 3-4 weeks. I have been extremely careful with the retracting cord. The volume slowly deminishes over a few days until gone completely.

After losing my first LG headset (a 750 I think), I purchased the 810 instead of the 900 because I thought why get the retractable ear buds... just something else to break. Well, the 810 lasted about 6 months until I lost sound in one, and then both, ear buds. So... I blamed myself for possibly handling it incorrectly, and bought the 900. I think I've had it now for 3 months, have handled it like a newborn baby, and one ear bud is already dead and much of the time, the working one beeps (sign of losing Bluetooth connection) as I listen to the garble until it regains itself. I suspect the second ear bud will die soon, so I'll one again be tethered to the wired buds which ALWAYS work! Cannot recommend!!!

I bought my pair around Christmas 2015 and they are already failing and shorting out.

I received this as a gift but I'm having issues with the connectivity with the Bluetooth and the voice speakers, when I speak they either cant hear me and it seems like I have to yell or there is to much background noise

I bought this but gave it to a friend because 'mute mic' now requires TWO hands to do, going against the whole point of having a hands free device. The neck band is too hot and stiff against my neck. I wish they kept the buttons and functionality of the 760 but added on the retractable ear buds, which I did find useful.

I loved everything about the headset except for the microphones. They are the worst ever. It is 2016 and LG still can't get it right with the Microphones on their devices. It would have been perfect if they can fix the microphones.

They were good when they worked but now the audio is low on both earbuds. Highly disappointed.

I had high hopes for this product, having used the 760 product before. Am very disappointed - callers tell me the audio is poor, I have had to replace the unit 3x times due to various failure [not able to syn, ear bud not retracting, sound quality].

I have had this for 2 months started out great battery life is excellent, it has started to have a static sound on music others complain dying out or becoming muffled and breaking up when on the phone.
