I have an lg g5 to match my lg tones and it constantly disconnects. cant even put my phone in my back pocket which is less than 30 ft away and I get call distortion. I have also had other lg tones in the past and liked them that's why I purchased these when they came out.

Too much background noise that I'm receiving complaints and had to stop using them. For instance, I was just waiting in line at subway and the person on the call could hear the people in line ahead of me having a conversation just as clearly as she could hear me. I haven't had anyone tell me I'm too quiet though, like others have experienced. Music sounded great though, but my primary use for these is for phone calls. Not worth the price!!!

I just purchased the HBS 810. I love the quality and the fabulous, however, the problem with these LG HBS unit is they have a terrible bluetooth connection. I have read other reviews with people complaining about the same problem. I think LG should replace these units for their customers at no charge, whne they repair this major problem. I will probably return mine because of the terrible connection.

I bought the HBS912 and after wearing it for 2 days I got a rash on the back of my neck. I have purchased many LG Bluetooths before and this has never happened. What material is this one made out of? By the way... they sound and fit was great !

Got this as my Christmas gift and one side I can't hear it turned color at the tip of it.

The re-tractors failed in less than a month. The ear buds will not go back into place so that was a wasted feature. While the ear buds are still magnetic the cable gets in the way and the ear buds are always swinging freely when not in use.

I bought these 2.5 months ago ....never using the left side until about a month ago and it didn't work. Now the right side doesn't work.

I purchased it a month ago and two weeks in the right piece cord has a short in it. I am so sad i saved up to get this and loved ut at first. I was extra secure with handling the product :(
