My quip quit working and have not been able to get replaced

My brush stopped working three weeks after I got it, I changed the battery and still nothing, it’s just an overpriced regular toothbrush at this point.

Hi, This is the second time I have received my battery replacement and the second time the toothbrush turns on for a few seconds, then off as soon as I start trying to brush my teeth. Unhappy customer.

Toothbrush and motor did well for 9-12 months and has not functioned well after.

We ordered these toothbrushes for our 3 kids. One broke after 10 months, the second broke after 8 months, & the third is 9 months & so far still working.

After my third or fourth refill using the batteries and brush head quip sends me, the batteries provided to me shortcut my tooth brush causing it to shock me and break.

Looks nice, but definitely would never replace my sonicare. The quip brush vibrates the handle more than the actual brush head, so that’s a bit useless. Also the toothpaste is so meh. Did appreciate the packaging change though. Those old grey tubes with the screw caps were terrrrible. These are better, but my girls really do not like the watermelon toothpaste.

The toothbrush is amazing, raved about it to everyone I know the first few months of ownership. Every single refill has been awful though. None of the replacement brush heads have stayed on during brushing. It has gotten to the point where I brush holding the brush head in one hand and holding the brush against it with the other.

My quip, which I’ve had for a year, has starting breaking down in multiple ways. I’d love a refund!

Android app not available yet, even though it says to visit Google Play to download it... on the instructions that the toothbrush came from. I'm more than happy to update my rating once it is released... meanwhile, here we are.
