It's happened the past three times now where the battery received doesn't work. Gets a little old. If it happens again, probably done with quip.

This is my second toothbrush from quip and it broke again I’m sick of it.

Get your ordering system to work properly. I don’t want your product. Please refund my money.

My toothbrushes won’t stay on. I’ve bought one to replace an old one, and the new one quits while brushing, too. Very frustrating.

So disappointed. After I changed the head it just kept breaking as well as my kids toothbrushes. The say lifetime warranty but it’s a hassle to get replacements. So now they are all in the trash!

The brush head comes off too easy while brushing my teeth and it doesn't always power on

Bad design. For whatever reason after the second replacement on both brushes I have. They stopped working.

Disappointed. As mentioned above. I change the battery and it’s fine....then I go to bed and it starts to vibrate in the medicine cabinet (where I keep my toothbrush) in the middle of the night. I’ve cleaned all parts of my quip numerous times, dried out where the battery goes, and continue to have the same problem.

I noticed my teeth getting yellower ever since I switched to quip.

I just got a new quip refill and after a couple of weeks my quip has stopped working.
