I do love that it mounts to the mirror, but honestly the battery keeps going out. I'm a part of the replenishment program and change it out every time I get a new supply, but it just depends on the day whether or not it wants to turn on or not. That makes it more like just a plain toothbrush and I'm getting more buildup behind my front teeth where it's harder to reach.

I like the design but seems finicky. It' s not uncommon that I have to disassemble and reassemble to get it to 'connect'. Sometimes it just stops working and I have to jiggle and jingle it.

I like that’s its so compact and easy to take on a trip, and I love it has a timer, but it’s too weak, so I have to manually brush with it

Overall a decent toothbrush. Teeth feel cleaner after using quip. The bristles feel more like a medium then a soft. I had standard soft brush before quip and the bristles do not feel the same at all. Way harder then the my original brush. Feels like wire against when contacting with the gums.

While the design is slim and works well in my travel bag, I find the brush itself kind of wimpy, when it works. Often I can’t get it to turn on and end up just using it as a manual toothbrush. If you’re used to a manual brush, it’s probably ok, but if you’re used to a Sonicare, it will be disappointing.

I’ve really enjoyed using my quip that I’ve had for over a year but I’ve noticed that it doesn’t hold up to normal wear and tear. I’m about to have to buy a whole new one.

Great toothbrush. Only issue is the head doesn’t fit the body completely. The head separates from the body. I have to keep pressure on it to stop it from separating. Which means that I sometimes cut it off.

I like the toothbrush in general, BUT: the brush head often comes off while I’m brushing . Very annoying.

I liked it til it broke. Cannot seem to get it to consistently work. Would like a replacement or for you to stop sending stuff to me.

While the concept is good {sleek design, convenient mirror mount, vibrating brush head} it drives me nuts how every new brush head won't stay on. I am not pushing hard and yet it still disconnects from base while brushing. More of a wrestling match than I want to deal with when trying to brush my teeth.
