I love the look of this toothbrush however after using it for many months, I realized that my gums were bleeding more often and starting to recede. It was obviously from how hard these bristles were. Also be careful toothpaste gets caked up in the brush head which is gross. Battery life is not great either. Phillips sonicare 4100 for $10 more is amazing.

I’ve used this for several years now and while I initially like the concept, my heads will not stay locked in tight and mold keeps growing underneath them…. I’m sure that’s super healthy. I think I’ll be switching back to a regular tooth brush now.

The only thing I like is it can be mounted on the mirror other than that a waste of money.

It was great at first. About 6 months in, the brush started powering off mid-cycle or not powering on at all. I checked the battery and adjusted everything I could think of, including trying new batteries. Now I have a pricey toothbrush not even a year and barely ever use it anymore.

I liked it at first but after 2 refills, the motor stopped working. I thought it was just the battery but even after several battery replacements, it still wouldn’t turn on.

I purchased these tooth brushes for the whole family, 2 kids and 2 adult, last Christmas. One of the kids brushes has never worked right (it shuts off multiple times when brushing) and the others are just ok. We use them now when traveling or camping but none of us are incredibly impressed with the brushes.

Free changing the brush & battery .. the battery gave out in 1 week

Beautiful design but not very effective. My battery powered Oral B though not as aesthetically pleasing worked much better. Delivery is inconsistent as well. I've received 1 out of the last 3 shipments.

Love the toothbrush, but each time they send me a replacement for my black brush they send a white one.
