The toothbrush head doesn't stay on very well and the shipments have often been delayed

Quip toothbrushes are great until you add a replacement brush. Unfortunately, the design of the Quip makes it difficult to extract the old brush. When you insert the new brush, it is seldom stays in place properly. This is because the small plastic portions of the handle infrastructure that hold the brush in place are poorly designed and often erode or break. I know because 3 Quips I have owned have broken. I love my Quip but wish it were more durable.

Toothbrushes worked well for the first few weeks. Then everything fell apart. The heads kept cracking, and the tooth brush would malfunction. This kept recurring with every new shipment of brush heads. Bristles aren’t as tough as other brushes. They loose integrity after two weeks of use. Battery exchanges are fun (not). Our dentist strongly recommended that we shy away from this product as it is not endorsed by the ADA.

Nothing fancy about it. The only thing I like is that you can stick it to a mirror. The dental floss is razor sharp! Don't buy that! And the new brush head never sits right in the handle. Going to switch back to our previous toothbrush.

Can I please get a new quip? Mine doesn’t work properly. I can’t get the battery on after installing a new battery and brush head. I am using it manually.

Love the idea, but when trying to follow the instructions to change the brush, something inside it snapped. I’m not an aggressive person, and I was not overly forceful—so be warned! Anyway, it then made brushing miserable because the power would turn off easily, and the brush part would come off easily. I ultimately decided that it’s not worth it and I think a normal toothbrush is better.

Worked well for 6 months then broke. Water got into the battery area, so it’ll work when I put a new battery in, but only for a few days. The seal is bad between the brush and the battery

I like the brush. The rest of the products are average

My quip is less than a year old and no longer turns on.

Basically , as the title says. I’ve never had this problem before , but perhaps I got a rotten head. Every time I brush my teeth , it pops off and leaves me rolling my eyes in annoyance.
