The toothbrush is great, I have no complaints. I just wish they had different types of toothpastes to suit different needs.

Quip is fine, nothing special. Inconsistent speed which doesn’t make sense. One of the o-rings disintegrated and snapped so it’s probably a matter of time before water and spit starts to impact the motor and battery. Once that happens I’ll probably upgrade to something better. It does it’s job and is definitely better than a manual toothbrush.

Not a fantastic choice for keeping debris and build up from between teeth.

Love the nice design/look of Quip and enjoyed the reminders of replacing the head and batteries every 3 months. However, I don't think the toothbrush did any better of job. It vibrates. As the battery wears down, it's not as effective. In addition, going on a year of using it and now it shuts off constantly rather thank going through the cycle.

I like the size and design but it is not as strong or sturdy as Sonicare. My wife has had to have her replaced twice. Also, since it is not as strong, I brush 1.5 times as long and the bristles wear out faster than 3 months. Wish you would upgrade the quality.

I love the toothbrush but the flosser isn’t on par. The floss does not stay taunt so you have to rip the floss off and use it like normal floss.

Design is great, love the 2 minute timer, and it definitely gets the job done. However after one year of using Quip, the brush head has consistent trouble staying securely in place during use. Also, the motor stops working after about 5-10 seconds for me at this point even with a brand new battery. Would love some troubleshooting tips since it's been great for the past year and I hate to bail, but I'm unimpressed with long-term durability.

To be honest I’m underwhelmed with my quip. It doesn’t vibrate as much as I thought it would.

Fit of replacement heads could be better xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

I’ve had been using Quip for about 2 yrs along with the rest of my family. My first quip lasted a little over a year when the head started getting loose as I brushed. Upon studying the brush, I notice a crack where the head would hold (the thinning part of the entire brush). Heads no longer stayed on. Quip was nice to replace a new one after reviewing pictures. With my second and current brush, the head won’t snap fully into place. There’s a large gap and toothpaste and water would collect. When I brush, I make sure to hold onto the head so that it won’t come off. I don’t want to bother Quip again with replacing. That said, my husband’s brush and my daughter’s child size brush have lasted and are working well. I think I might just have bad luck. Overall I like the sleek look, the convenience of replacement heads sent to you, and the holder clears off counter top space. I don’t like how hard you have to pull to get the head off.
