Head keeps breaking off even though I have cleaned it

I was excited to have an aesthetically pleasing electric toothbrush that was easy to travel with but unfortunately mine broke as soon as I tried to change the brush head for the first time. It was nearly impossible to separate the brush head from the handle and when I finally did the handle cover (the colored part) came off as well. When I went to change my brush for the second time I found that the brush head is now superglued to the handle. I’ve tried everything and it’s absolutely not coming off which means I can’t change the brush or battery. The handle cover, on the other hand, pops right off revealing a really gross collection of glue, toothpaste, and whatever else managed to get in. It’s obvious that the handle was never supposed to separate in this way. I was really surprised and disappointed that such a thoughtful design would be so obviously flawed. I’m wondering if I got a defective product. Either way I need to figure out how to cancel my subscription.

Loved my quip for the first month but by the time the first refill arrived the base unit would no longer reliably hold the brush in place. Great idea but quality is lacking

Like design and its portability. attaches to mirror for easy access. Hard to change toothpaste flavor seems I can only have mint. Only get one use out of battery then its drained brush not work correctly just use as a manual brush now

Shortly after replacing the brush, the connection starts to break down and I have to hold both pieces while brushing.

I liked the overall design. Mine has NEVER stuck to ANY mirror the fact that you advertise that is a joke. My teeth have felt great when the toothbrush works like its’s supposed to but that didn’t happen.

The toothbrush does not lie flat and the motor broke after a few months.

The brush head broke the first day. Cracked down the side, and falls off when I try to brush my teeth.

Stopped working after first battery change. Battery wasn’t the issue, and it doesn’t seem like water got inside. It’s basically an overpriced metal brush now that it won’t turn on.

I have a typical twice a day routine when brushing accompanied by the use of floss and mouthwash. Never used my tooth paste after one try, bad flavor. So I kept with my own floss and mouthwash too. The brush needed replacing and I put an order in when I wanted to replace the brush, come to find out the order was delayed another 3 months because of how the plans work?! I needed the day I ordered and had to settle with using an older brush for a bit, I am on my 2nd going onto my 3rd head replacement and the motor went up in 6 months of ownership. I love the brush and the results I get but I still use it without the motor. I could buy a whole new kit rather than buy a motor replacement; sad and disappointing.
