As a toothbrush, it does the job keeping my teeth clean. My major gripe is the design. The last two replacement brush heads do not stay on the handle (first one that came with it from the store was actually hard to get off when I replaced it). There is a small lip at the bottom that comes out over the handle; it’s not flush against it. Water gets in, hard water deposits build up, and that makes it harder to stay on. I’ve had more than one occasion where the brush head comes off in my mouth while I’m brushing. The only reason I’m still using this is that it’s convenient to have the replacements and batteries delivered since I usually forget about it.

Excellent when i first bought it, but the handle does not hold the brush assembly any more and'dislocates' while brushing. The dental floss does not work at all

I don’t feel like the toothbrush is made that well and bristles easily spread and need to be replaced

I love quip, I just don’t care for the lack of updates regarding my order.

I'm very disappointed in the product. I think it uses too much battery I have to replace the battery twice during a Refill. Because I have to replace the battery twice the brush head gets cracked and I have to be very careful not to lose it.

I have had my toothbrush for less than a year and when I went to change out the head and batteries probably around 6 months ago the inside of the toothbrush came out. It still works but whatever adhesive that was used in the process of making the toothbrush was pretty ineffective.

I had high hopes. I signed up for a one year refill plan for my wife and myself. Had issues with shipment multiple times where they forgot my wife’s refill. The toothbrush itself is fine. But it’s too expensive for the quality it delivers. The design really is beautiful and I like the holster. But it’s not worth the price. I won’t be renewing. I won’t be recommending.

When I first started using the toothbrush, I was happy with it. Mouth always felt clean. Sleek design made it easy for travel. However, after the first head and battery change, it stopped working properly. Most times it does not turn on or it turns on when I am not using it. I have to use as a manual toothbrush. I tried changing battery, reinsert tbe battery and brush head while checking the position againt the trigger, or await the replacement to see if it works but I have the same issues. Love this brush but I want it to work, consistently.

The only things I liked about this brush were the different color options, and the ability to mount to my mirror. Otherwise, after the initial excitement passed I barely used it. The vibration wasn't comfortable on my teeth and gums. Haven't even had to switch out the brush head or battery yet due to little use. Not going to keep my subscription.

I loved Quip - at first. However, ever since I replaced the head the first time I can no get it to stay on. It always comes off when I’m brushing. I waited for a second replacement. That time I asked my husband to switch them out, thinking perhaps it was user error. But no luck. The head kept falling off while brushing so after 8 months, I gave up. I tried to find a place to leave feedback at one point and that wasn’t immediately available, so I’m happy to be able to do this now.
